Worst donut business in town. Prices are not comprable to any other donut store. Selection is not comprable to other donut stores. Quality is not comprable to other donut stores. This store is the first Dunkin Donuts located in Lancaster. I have always enjoyed Dunkin Donuts in Santa Clarita and Los Angeles. I expected and identical selection and menu for donuts and other, but this is not a Dunkin Donuts that is even close to other Dunkin Donuts in any respect albeit selection, quality, service and other menu items. The Donuts here are of a horrible selection, and look like they were colored by kindergarten children. Donuts are always stale and flavorless. Donuts are smaller than other Dunkin Donuts. Coffee tasted still and burned and was not close to being fresh. Dunkin Donuts coffee is always good this tasted like it came out of a instant coffee vending machine. Do yourself a favor if you are in the mood for donuts go to any donut store other than this one. You will be glad you passed it up. Do not waste your money here you would be better off getting week old Donuts out of a grocery store. If you have never been to a Dunkin Donuts I warn you do not go to this one, because it will taint your view of other Dunkin Donuts, which are alway pretty good. I sincerely believe this Dunkin Donuts store will not be in business one year from now. I would give this review a 0 if possible or a minus score if possible. It breaks my heart to give any Dunkin Donuts a poor score, because Dunkin Donuts is usually exceptional at any other location. If I didn't see them frying their donuts on site I would swear they were shipped in from a distributor. That is how poor in quality this store is. Very sad to see this...
Read moreDonuts are not particularly fresh at 10:00 on a Sunday morning, which considering the name may be intentional. "Want yesterday's donut to dunk in a hot cuppa?" may be the question DD was founded to ask. Iced coffee is 7-11 quality, like the donuts, but doesn't taste like the coffee is as old as the donuts, so cheers to that. Service is fine but the kiosk experience is badly designed, and staff asks walk-ins to use the machine for card orders. Staff did volunteer to help when I couldn't find an item and commented about the difficulty. Next time I come I'll bring cash and ask for a day old donut (so as not to put them out) and a plain black coffee, but next time I want a donut I'll probably look for a more traditional donut shop that develops and implements basic service and selection expertise instead of interposing a...
Read moreI won’t be back. They are deceitful. They never have taped up my donut box and today they did. They put the wrong donuts in the box and taped it up instead of being honest and saying they were out of the kinds I wanted. Then a girl lied about saying she is the manager. She had an attitude as if I was in the wrong. She told me I could purchase different donuts but they only had cake donuts to choose (which were hard as a brick). Then the refund is not instant so now I don’t have what I wanted or my money. All this could have been avoided if they had communicated that they were out of what I wanted instead of being sneaky. My order is only correct when the handsome male with the tattoos takes my order and this other nice girl, but I haven’t seen them in awhile. Seems like new employees ruined...
