This place was really busy and only one girl working the register with a very rude attitude. I was the first person in line to order and she ignored me and was just putting pizza boxes together. Then another customer came in and she went straight to them and helped them first and I had been standing there already for a good 5 minutes if not more... Then when I FINALLY was asked what I wanted, I went to pay with a $50 bill only for her to say that they don't except big bills. Luckily I had a $20 in my phone case so I ordered my pizza but had to run out to the car for some more cash so that I could get my crazy bread as well. I ordered my pizza at 1:01 pm and it took me 2 minutes to grab the cash out of the car and come back in to order the crazy bread. Again with the waiting by the time I was able to get the bread ordered it was 1:16pm (and no one was in line ahead of me once again). Both times I took from the receipts. I finally got both orders handed to me at 2:40 pm...The girl's name is Shania watch out for this one people..she hates her job and apparently has no kind of customer service skills!!! IM NEVER GOING TO THAT LITTLE CEASARS AGAIN!!!!! I will drive the extra miles for better...
Read moreToday 10/31/2020, I placed my order at 5:44 via their app. It said it will be ready at 6:09- 6:14. Cool. I waited. 6:14 comes. Not ready. It’s okay, I know it’s a busy night so I waited. Turns out, they were giving the people who have been wait for a while outside to the people recently placing their orders. 6:30PM comes and guess what? NO PIZZA YET. This caucasian tall guy (only guy working there) has been giving attitude non stop to the customers. I asked if he can check my waiting time. Comes back with a attitude and says it will be another 15-20. At this point I have had it. I have been patiently waiting but enough was enough. I said “are you effing kidding me.” Guy chuckles and says nothing. NO CUSTOMER service skills at all. I asked for a refund. He asked for my name AGAIN when I just gave it to him 2 seconds ago and says “well there is a lot of jamie here.” I’m like uh no there wasn’t. All customers gave their name already. Read moreJames, the manager at this location is a profane, rude, liar. My best friend and 5 year old godson went into this location last week and were verbally assaulted by James. My godson, being the gentleman he is, does his best to open the door for his mother who obviously helps him because the door is quite heavy.
On this particular occasion, the following dialogue occurred: James: "Would you move out of the way?" Friend: "Excuse me?" James: "Yeah, you're blocking the door, can you move out the way?" Friend: "That's kind of rude a.f. to tell me to move out of your way when my 5 year old son is trying his hardest to be a gentlemen to open the door for me" James: "You don't think that's rude a.f. that you are blocking the door?" Once the door was just wide enough for him to pass, he left.
She's called the corporate office and has yet to get a response or action other than a corporate rep called James and he denied that anything of this nature transpired.
