On November 26, 2022 around 3:50pm my daughters and I visited this McDonald’s. The manager “Ty” is completely unprofessional and I hope someone above her sees this review ASAP. There was some kind of issue with the party in front of me. The young cashier (She appeared to be a teen and I’m assuming this is her first job.) Anywho the cashier called “Ty” to fix the issue and in front of the party and the WHOLE line she rudely (eyes rolled, lips smacking and horrible tone of voice) tells the cashier she did it wrong and now she has to “comp” the customer. “Ty” handled this situation ALL wrong! She should’ve fixed the issue and LATER ON PRIVATELY used this as a teaching moment. Anyway ”Ty” then stops the line and calls over another employee and asks him to assist the rest of us in line. But not before she repeats to this employee that she just called over the young girls mistake. (Which was NONE of his business and again a huge no no in management) To further demean (Demeaning not because of the job, but demeaning HOW she “asked” her to do it and ONLY asking after a mistake was made) the young cashier she takes her off the register and starts having her take orders to parked cars from drive thru. I could visibly see the young cashier was rightfully embarrassed. So I caught her as she was leaving to tell her that she was doing a good job and to not let her “boss” get under her skin! McDonald’s PLEASE do something about “Ty” her attitude and behavior is a danger to both employees and customers. Unfortunately workplace violence is real now days. I strongly suggest maybe enhancing training to managers on this topic. “Ty” I hope you see this and understand that as a manager you’re supposed to uplift and correct gently! A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose motivation! So be careful of your actions!

Read moreThe one and only positive service I can take from this fast food joint is the fact that they offer 24 hour service. I give them that. I must admit, I had the pleasure of experiencing the good quality tasty selection of items from McDonald's going back to the 60's. The size and fresh quality of a 100% all beef patty fried on the griddle and seasoned to perfection. No other fast food joint could touch the taste and quality of a well salted McDonald's French Fry. The milk shakes were perfectly creamy and fresh. The fish sandwich Big and perfectly seasoned and complemented with very tasty tartar sauce. Back then (to me) it was the orange soda that satisfied my thurst. The service workers were happier back then. You can see it on their face and from their customer service. They seem (to me) more delighted to represent their franchise. Not so at today's McDonald. I remember when they began lowering their quality standards back in the late 70's. Now, I find myself dreading to experience a visit to McDonald's. I only go when I have to. This location do have updated speaker boxes and service menus. The deals they offer now during this pandemic is so sad. Their overly price gouging items on their menu causes me to take extra time strategically select undesired items according to my budget. I feel so ripped off and disappointed by the quality of food and the depressed poor customer service they offer. I remember back in the days when McDonald's would offer great deals for quality items during hard time in our nation. Now they just throw us some poorly seasoned overpriced microwave tiny burgers old tasting fries unsatisfying beverage drinks. I scared to even take a chance at guessing when the last time the shake and coffee machine were cleaned. You got to do better McDonald's to restore the good reputation...
Read moreCame through the drive thru, I got two double cheeseburgers with no pickles and light on the onion ketchup and mustard I also used my points for a free large fry my app told me I used it and I clicked okay. After getting to the first window and paying I looked at my receipt and saw they had charged me for my free large fry and my burgers only said no pickles. When I got to the second window I told them I had used a code for the fry and he charged me for it, I also tried to ask them to make sure my burger where light on the onion ketchup everything else but before I could the worker walked away from the window. She came back with a manger and she asked to see my code, I let her know I had already given it and couldn’t pull it back up because I used it I also pulled up my history in app to show her that their location just took my point for it but she refused to give me a refund on it without using another code and using my points again. I gave in and came around to the inside to get my refund and use my points, when I got the refund and used my deal again but I had also noticed they didn’t do light on everything else for my burgers so I asked them to do that for me to since that what I originally asked for. I sat in that McDonald for a hour waiting on two burgers and a fry. And I a had to use double my point for it(better than paying at least). I did get a bit more than just the fries and the burgers and I found out a lot more was wrong with my order than I originally thought but I had already wasn’t so much time in there I let it be. Never coming to this McDonalds again that’s for sure they’ve don’t this to me...
