Spent $77 getting food for the teenagers and my wife and I. The burgers were cooked on one side only until they were burnt. They were not cooked on the other side AT ALL! My filet o fish sandwich patties were so overcooked they were less than 1.5" on any side and was like biting into fish jerky. The chicken sandwiches were also overcooked and like jerky and the nuggets were mostly hard, oil soaked, and puffed so when you ripped one open (a difficult task with how tough they were). I called the store but they have a recording that says the line is busy. They have no intentions of ever answering the phone number provided on the receipt. Its a fake number to a recording. I then made a complaint to the McDonalds restaurant feedback email. I received a response that they would look into it. Four days later, Allison, the shift manager responsible for the shift crew who provided the horrendous meal, called and apologized. She told me that if I come in with the receipt, she would refund the entire amount. Since I ordered over the app I had the receipt in my emails. I drove to the restaurant and present ed the receipt to Allison. Allison then called her manager and returned saying she couldn't refund any money but she could give me food today (for an order from 4 days ago for teenagers I didn't have). I didn't want or need food today and asked her why she called my and promised me a refund? She said "SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME!!! I asked her how she was trying to help and she told me that was all she could do. So Allison lied to me, brought me back to the store, and then both insulted and embarrassed me in front of other customers. The owners of this franchise need to take a hard look at their management staff. The fact they are intentionally cooking food improperly is a lawsuit AND criminal! It's time for this ownership group to pay the price for risking the public's health...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered 8 breakfast sandwiches, 2 sodas and 2 smoothies. When I got home, my son-in- law opened the bag and there were only 6 sandwiches. The ones missing were for my 9 year old granddaughter. I drove back with my receipt and informed the staff about my not getting the 2 sandwiches. I was told to go and park in front of the store. About 10 minutes later, an employee came out and wanted the food. I told her that the rest of the family were eating there’s. She told me that I did get the the 2 sandwiches that were missing. I called my son-in-law who told her on speaker phone that they were definitely not in the bag. She said that the manager said that I did get them. My son-in-law said that was not true. I told her that I did not appreciate being told that I was lying. She then said that she would get them for me. I told her to forget it. It would be rediculous to spend 20 minutes driving back for 2 breakfast sandwiches, unless I didn’t get them. I wouldn’t trust them to not do something unpleasant to them, since they felt that calling me a liar was the solution to my problem. I have been going there for several years, always buying a Diet Coke with lemon, and have enjoyed all of the very nice employees up until today. I have not been called a liar before. Read moreWent through drive through with my 3 young children and waited 5 minutes for fries and nuggets. Got all the way home to find that they forgot the 2 burgers I had ordered. I called the restaurant, and she told me to come back, they would replace the order. When I got there, everyone behind the counter was all upset that they are not just giving me the burgers that they forgot. They are also giving me 20 nuggets and 2 more large fries! Everyone was upset with the girl who answered the phone, who then turned on me and acted like it was MY fault that they were giving me my whole order again. I explained that I live 3 miles away, and now it has been 45 minutes since I was at the drive through window. There is the total inconvenience of getting everyone BACK in the car to go get the stupid burgers. They could have had the internal argument AFTER I left the restaurant, rather than argue policy right in front of me. Spend the extra few bucks and go to KFC.
