I was really excited when I noticed the name change, was hoping that meant new owners. Nope same RUDE OWNERS!! For this I will never return. I wouldnāt put it past them all these recent āsuch friendly reviewsā paid for or close friends. Go back and read several other reviews. Were they stayed the same thing with the owner being highly rude.
Weāre a large family who love to go there at least once a week. Not once, but twice was the owner super rude. On one count went in with the family and I had invited a friend who had never been with her family since we were such a large party I sent in my teens to grab seats since the place is rather small and thereās limited seating. As my daughter was pulling out her chair to go sit down and claim a table. The owner who was nearby the next table, wiping it down, walked up to her and just cut in front of her and push the chair right back in as if she didnāt exist. No excuse me nor hey let me wipe this table down for you guys before you take a seat. So as a mama bear, I was furious. Since we had just arrived, I didnāt wanna ruin the experience for my friend. I just took the high road and didnāt say anything. As we were getting to leave, I walked up to the counter and I had asked the young gentleman that was waking the register that I wanted to speak to the manager. Thatās when the same woman who was wiping down the tables and did that to my daughter said I am the owner. In a very condescending manner! I told her shame on her as the owner to treat her paying customers as if we were disturbing her for sitting in her place of business an inconvenience. And not for a moment did she think to apologize or excuse herself. She just absolutely stood there and stared at me! Karmaās B canāt wait till you go out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent today with grandkids. Not sure if the Vanilla dispenser got hooked up where the Tart dispenser comes out but what ever it was it was bitter. The hot fudge didn't dispense, so the gal pulled the pump out and squeezed the little bit that was left and put the pump back. That even just spat out. Flavor on the yogurt, not very good. After taste is what ya get. Must be old stuff??? We didn't care that we couldnt put toppings on ourselves. We get it, there are rude unacceptable behavior that happens. So no big deal. If you want more, ask for more... Atmosphere is not business like. The place is Muggy and warm, has no access to the bathrooms for their Customers and the employee was not very welcoming. Unsure if due to the condition at work, bad day or it's just her personality. Either way, it's just the topper to why we won't be returning. This business makes excellent money with the price charged, ours alone was over $60.00. (3 small and 3 medium cups). They need to put more pride into this place, for not just employees, but the customers who go in... This was our 1st...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI genuinely wish I could give more stars for this place. Sweet bunnies is truly a nice establishment to get clean and delicious yogurt. All the topping are clean and organized unlike other places that are self served. I love not having to worry about whether or not the topping have been touched by children and their dirty hands. My kids will only come to Sweet Bunnies because this is the only place that is actually clean. They have gotten sick from Yogurt Land and Menchies of food poisoning. I love the staff as well. They are all so polite and I always feel so terribly bad for them when someone is so rude to them, these poor kids are just trying to do their jobs. People are just so miserable and need to stay home. The amount of people that lash out at these kids is ridiculous and embarrassing at most (witnessed it countless times.) i truly hope they stay in business. Iāve met the owner once and she is the sweetest person and I pray for her...
