McDonald's — Restaurant in Lancaster

I hate to do this, it’s annoying to me when I think how there are ppl that are quick to complain and slow to compliment but this place pushed my every button like I was an 808 machine (that’s a beat-box for music)

This particular McDonalds EFFing SUCKS! The one on J and 20 in front of Stater Bros.

Waited 30 minutes for 1 McChicken and a large Coke. WTF is that about???

The “Express Checkout” effed me over several times. I ordered and paid for 1 large Coke from the kiosk and it didn’t print the receipt, when I brought it to the attention of the cashier she blew me off and continued to work the line of ppl who came in after me. !!!All I needed was a damn cup!!!! Waited 15 minutes for her to finish the line for her to hand me a cup. I still had to self-serve the coke. Express my arse! I end up waiting longer, feeling DISSED!

The cashier literally did nothing but piss me off. Didn’t take my order, didn’t print the receipt, didn’t serve my drink, didn’t apologize and didn’t thank me.

Then one useless manager I tried to talk to shrugged at my complaint and said there was nothing she could do. That’s BS, anyone whose ever had any job at any retailer knows the importance of customer recovery.

Everyone but this damn McD!

Let’s see if the store managers boss actually calls me back...

We ate inside on September 15, 2023, and again on September 30th. We ordered Coca-Cola to have with our meals. Unfortunately, this store was out of our favorite beverage 2 weeks ago, and 15 days later, they're still out of Coca-Cola! The McDoubles we ordered were way overcooked, dry, tough,unacceptable, and a major disappointment overall. Only the French fries were acceptable.

The only positive thing about these 2 bad experiences just 2 weeks apart was the empathy from the person we ordered from on Sunday, October 2nd, at 6:21 pm! I commend that person, and she is very understanding.

You should post a sign at the entrance when you're out of Coca-Cola! You should also offer an alternative soda to the customers who prefer Coca-Cola, even though "other" sodas are major disappointments. Ordered from the self help kiosk 2 mcdoubles, 2 large fries, 1 large drink. Paid with American Express, got nothing for a receipt at all. When we got our food 1 of the mcdoubles was a "mcsingle" aka just a cheeseburger 1 hamburger Patty. So, told the lady (who I believe was the manager because of the fact that she had a different colored shirt than all the other employees) she took the wrongly made burger and said she would replace. So I waited. And waited. and waited. And waited. ..... I was told it was still being made they didn't "forget about me" so I waited.... You get the point. By the time I was finally fed up and ready to leave I had to get 2 other employees involved and make a fuss just to get my replacement burger and not even want it anymore. So I took it to go and now have a mcdouble that will be a mcnasty by tomorrow. Long story short - that was way lame McDonald's on j and 20th East!!...
