McDonald's — Restaurant in Lancaster

Revised December 18, 2021- my son and I went into this McDonald's today at 1:50 p.m. we immediately had to turn around and leave because the entire restaurant smelt like raw sewage, utterly disgusting! Note to Management: please lock your doors next time until you have the problem corrected. There's nothing more disgusting than to go into an eating establishment and smell Raw sewage, unbelievable!

Since the shift manager Jonathan departed; this McDonald's has declined in all aspects of quality. The soda fountain is never calibrated or adjusted and is consistently syrupy; disgusting drinks. Customer service is non-existent. I have gone to this McDonald's location on Challenger Way once per week over the last 2 months. I will never return to this location. Every single time, 8 visits now over 2 months, children are running loose in the store, playing with the soda fountain and bothering customers. Children without parents present, run through the store and scream, while staff and supervision ignores this serious problem, destroying any and all hope, and/or negating any all semblance of a customers positive experience. The shift manager Jonathan always insured unattended children either minded their Manners or were told to leave. The store has zero customer service, with managers present; who turn a blind eye and ignore the chaos in their store. Customers should be able to have a meal in peace, without screaming and yelling and kids running loose. I will not even go into the pitiful quality of food. The store is the worst rated McDonald's from in northern border of LA County, to San Fernando Valley. 5 worst rated I mean McDonald's own internal audits and rating service, as well as customer ratings to the McDonald's corporate website. McDonald's is aware of this problem and is doing nothing to make it better. This place might as well closes its doors. At one time this location had security guards who stood around doing nothing, also ignoring and turning a blind eye to this...

I just came in there my order number was 148 I ordered a 10-piece buttermilk crispy tenders meal 412 workers could not relate to me and tell me basically why I couldn't make my mail a large I don't have a problem paying more one worker had an attitude as if she's bleeding and work meaning on her. Then the manager also had the same issue younger Caucasian lady was walking out the store seen the older manager explain to her she had better customer service than them she explained to me and apologized to me for their Miss convenience I don't see why they have workers who don't know how to explain to customers are even talk to customers with customer satisfaction this is my second time having a problem with them first time I went to that store order the a side salad went back home to open my side salad and filed a large beetle in my salad then they had a younger manager there at a point which was a Caucasian dude and he explained to me are said to me that I put the beetle in my salads the more and more I go to the store and they don't have good workers I'm a find a way to...

Service was good. But the fact that the bathrooms were closed for the public and only open to Employees was a totally NOT acceptable. I get it they are protecting their employees but in this hard times that we are facing as a Nation I personally believe a better way to face the situation is to ask each employee to SANITIZE the bathroom before they use it. Either way they MUST wash their hands after they use the bathroom mind as well SANITIZE it before too. Just food for thought, I was heading home (with still an hour and half to travel) with a hungry young man, and an elder. Decide to stop for a bite and to use the restroom. What unpleasant surprise. Next time I will make sure to drive the extra half mile to Jack in the box where the prices are more fair, food is hot, portions are bigger and they don't think the CONSUMERS are filthy or contagious to use their bathroom.
