Worst Customer Service.... Been coming to this SB for years, and never had a problem until today. I put in a mobile order and the app gave me the option to either do a walk-in pick up or drive-thru. I selected the walk-in option to avoid waiting for a while. I get there, I see my drinks are ready to go on the counter, and the door is locked. The baristas turned around and looked at me and told me and signaled to go through the drive-thru. I turned around and saw a huge line going all the way to the donut shop. No way I was going to get in that line, and at that point I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund.
I knocked on the door to get their attention to tell them to cancel it, and to find out how to get my money back since I have never asked for that request. So what did they do? They intentionally straight out ignored me, looked at me and continued to keep working. This is where I got extremely upset. I kept knocking and then one of the baristas told the supervisor I was still there. He then signals once again to go to drive-thru. I signaled at him to see how long the drive-thru was, and signaled and shouted I just want to cancel my order.
All 4 baristas including the supervisor turned around to ignore me. I knocked again, and they continued to ignore me. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful they were! I am aware of trying to be safe because of COVID, but the least they could have done was to stand behind the door to figure out what I was trying to tell them and to answer my question on how to get my refund that was nearly $22. How was I suppose to know their lobby was closed when my mobile order went through after I selected the walk-in option??? I am not a person to make scenes or yell, but their actions triggered me to call corporate. Read moreI will put the date that I had the most horrible experience at Starbucks March 30th 2016, time: after 5pm, I made my order witch was only a Tall mocha Frapuccino this order was trough the the drive trough, well I will say the slowest service ever! Not even a fast food takes this long! Maybe 10 minutes went by and I can see my drink sitting at the window! The girl sees me doesn't make any eye contact not instead she ignores me and takes more orders, while I'm still waiting maybe another 5 min? Great ambiance and very sweet caring people work here.
However it has been my experience on more than one occasion to either receive a melted Frappuccino with the consistency of milk. This occurred too many times. What blows my mind is I have to bring it to the attention of the server. I should not have to bring it to their attention when 3/4 of the whipped cream on top is melted and the viscosity consistency of the drink is pure milk.
The second problem is, I custom-order my Frappuccino every single time and this place makes is so bitter I cannot drink it.
