My family wanted to get the foot long deal that subway currently has going on by ordering through the mobile app. I got a Tuna foot long and paid for extra American cheese. On my special instructions, i added “please put the extra cheese i would really appreciate you guys”. When I went inside to pick up my food, I was greeted by friendly staff, was handed my sandwich by a very kind young gentleman and was on my way home. When I got home I saw that there was a note written on the paper of my sandwich saying “we appreciate you as well” and I smiled so big! I thought that was just the sweetest gesture. It was something so small that only took a second of someone’s time, but they put a smile on my face. The food was perfect and the extra cheese was included! I was at this location today 10-16-24 around 3:50pm-4:15pm and unfortunately do not know the name of the employee that did this, but I want them to be recognized and hope that this helps. Read moreI received a $1 off a regular sub coupon so I called in and asked if it could be applied to a wrap. The male associate was very rude and told me no. So I go to place an order for a regular sub online. Right after, I notice the coupon didn't apply. So I immediately called in and got the same associate. I asked him to cancel the order and see if he could issue a refund. He told me he'd cancel it but wouldn't and couldn't give a refund. I asked for a manager, he replied one wasn't in.
I asked what I should do. He told me I'd have to contact Subway directly because he already hit confirm. I couldn't believe I'd have to waste so much time because he wouldn't help me in any way. I also know full well he was lying about not being able to issue a refund on an item I didn't receive and was never even made in the first place.
