Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

The smoothie was great the young man Demetrius J at register his customer service was fantastic. The young ladies who were making the smoothies there ATTITUDES were ATROCIOUS, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISGUSTING!!! There were eleven people ahead me when I made my order and some had been waiting a long time. The young ladies who were making the smoothie wasn't making the smoothie in the order that the customers ordered. There were customers coming in after the customers that had been waiting for a while and those customers were getting there smoothies first. The young ladies would put your smoothie on the counter and not call out the orders name loud enough so the customers would know it's their order so there's many strangers touching you cup and lid to check the order name😕 which to me is disturbing and nasty.🤮 A lady and her daughter ordered before me they left went and purchased food come back there order was still not ready. When there order did come up only the daughters smoothie was ready so the mother asked why her order wasn't complete they ordered together the young ladies working the smoothie station became disrespectful and started arguing with the customer. Then the ladies decided to act as if the customer was invisible after she had already paid for her smoothie. When the customer asked the young ladies workers a question there answers came with a big attitude and wouldn't speak above a whisper. I finally got my smoothie but I had to get up at least 4 times to keep checking because the young ladies refuse to speak up and customers who came before me still hadn't got her smoothie. I left the counter and customers were still being ignored by the two young ladies.🙃 I will not be going back EVER!!!😒 You pay almost $10.00 for one smoothie and treated like trash🗑. It was my second time at this establishment in a week the first time and I chalked it up as the staff was having a bad day. No that's not the case the young ladies act if they are doing the customers a favor and the customer just need to sit, shut up and they will get to when they get to you. They Was Very Unprofessional. The Lady Took My Order For My Smoothie & I Waited 20 min Plus Just For 1 Smoothie. The Same Lady Returned To The Back & Made Sandwiches While Everyone Else Got There Order. They Were Rude, They Didn’t Handle The Situation Professionally As A Company Should or Apologized Or Anything. They Were Rude, Disrespectful & Passive Aggressive As If They Didn’t Want Me To Get A Simple Smoothie. They Also Provoked Me To Record Them As They Were Being Unprofessional In Front Of Other Customers & Myself. Overall This Location Is Trash And I Had A Extremely Bad Experience Here. I Would Not Recommend This Location To Anybody Because As A Customer You Are Not A Top Priority To Them At All.they provoked us to fight and was laughing at us the young man also jumped in my face because I was recording for my proof at how unprofessional and rude the two woman was I felt like I was at the zoo I called corporate to complain and will go to fox five next I have a video that shows it all and something has to be done I don’t think anybody should go to this location unless they do allot of rehiring and customer service trying they didn’t care about the customers at all...

Customer service is horrible. I ordered a wrapped and mango magic smoothie. Unfortunately, I mistakenly order two mango magic I spoke to the. Manager on duty and she told me there is nothing she can do, however, I should her that the app that I order through told me to contact the location, she told me that it will be on my card in 5-7 business days I asked how would be on my card when you did not attempt to do a return process she told me it has to be done in the office and I don't need a receipt for my refund. Not only that she was mean and nasty with her attitude this morning but the mango magic was distastable, no flavor, no nothing with was just nasty. When Tropical first came open they were doing good but now they nice greeting and thank you when through the window. I. Will watch my bank account to see if they return my money.
