Subway — Restaurant in Lansing Charter Township

The soup was absolutely horrible!! It was so thick from being overcooked that the whole thing came up as one piece while trying to get a spoonful. It was Brown and burnt. When I asked if something could be done like a substitution since the girl stated that she probably just had it up too high I was told that nothing could be done. Not even cookies or chips since I couldn't get my money back. She took it and threw it in the trash in front of me and told me to have a great day with an attitude! Worst service ever! Even the girl behind me in line said she worked at Subway for years and never seen soup that looked like that served to customers. Subway employee very rude. Myself and hubby wento go shopping and to stop at subway to get something to eat. The soup was gross. After we're done eating. I went into the store to go shopping. And my husband sat at the table in the lobby of Subway. The Subway employee approached my husband which there was many other people sitting in the lobby She tells my husband that he had to leave because the lobby was closed Are you serious my husband was not bothering anyone. It is rude to approach 1 person when there are 5 other people sitting in the same area. And tell that 1 person they have to leave. It's not like Subway is a high class restaurant...

Don't believe the hours online. I've showed up here after 5pm and they have an excuse of why they're closing early. First time no one was there, second time it was because one of the was sick and he had to clean everything, and the last time was there is a staffing shortage, even though there two people there. Has to be the worst Subway in the entire world. I almost want to go there again after 5pm to see what the excuse us...
