Asia's Worst! I went in to order 2 lunches. Ordered Chicken Cashew and decided on General Tso for the second. Lady at counter asked me "cash or card"? I replied "does it make a difference?". First she said no, then she said just a "little bit". Very vague answers AND NEVER TOLD ME THE TOTAL! (But I knew it would be approx $20 with 2 x 9.49 lunches). So I asked if a $100 bill was okay and she said yes. Here's the second problem, she struggled for several minutes trying to figure out the change! Again she never told me a total nor did I see it on the register. After the few minutes of struggling she handed me $79.85 back (close). I sat and waited for my lunches, and my order came up quickly. I left and drove home. Got home and realized that I had only ONE LUNCH! Okay very inconvenient mistake right? NO, I call up to say I never got my chicken cashew and the lady starts arguing with me. Saying I only ordered one and apparently I only paid for one.....this discussion progresses into YELLING in broken English until she hangs up on me! With her lack of math skills, English skills and people skills she should have just listened for a moment to the customer. And since I was so upset after being yelled at and hung up on by a @x!@ that was 1000% wrong, I ACTUALLY drove back to the restaurant. Walked in and she was still a 'B' to me but at least not yelling and asked if I wanted my General Tso (wrong again missing Cashew) but I told her I wanted my money and had no interest in patronizing her restaurant! She must have figured out that she was wrong after she HUNG UP on me, and did hastily give back $10 to me WITHOUT...

Food is great but service is horrible. We came in at 8:00 to order food. Customers were currently eating in the dining room. We were notified that we could not eat in but would have to take it to go. No problem, I understand since they close at 8:30. We notified them our ride would be back at 8:30. No problem they say. I tipped the 15% on the take out for letting us stay till 8:30. Food comes around 8:20. They kicked me and young child out in below freezing weather because they wanted to leave early. When I asked if they could wait just a couple minutes until 8:30, they were not having it. We were not asking them to stay late, we were just asking them to stay until they told us they closed when we were dropped off. Again, it was below freezing outside in February.

I feel like they robbed us.

When are we going to give each other grace and treat people kindly? We communicated, asked, tipped, were polite, and were treated like stray cats. In fact we have stray cats at our house that we treat better.

Our ride arrived at 8:28 pm. It’s sad they could not wait 8 minutes. They would have still left slightly earlier than they said.

They lost a customer that has been coming for decades.

Kindness is free. If they needed to leave early, communication would have solved everything. Again, please treat people...

I work daily 9-6 lunch for 1 hour. I call in for a preorder to dine in. I always start with are you guys busy, just to make sure it won’t be a inconvenience to their business. The old lady that works in the front that can’t speak English however is just special. First few times with her was fine, but the more I come in the more I get the feeling where I have to dine in with her attitude. Last few times I come in with friends, she purposely just avoid giving us water entirely, everyone gets water but no not my table. Came in today ordered on the phone, I usually order for 2 people but it was only me, told her my order but she hung up on me, so I called again just so I can make sure she didn’t order for two, and she started to give me an attitude telling me not to call again, which is fine if you’re busy but if you’re not I just don’t think that’s the way to treat your loyal customers, not mentioning bringing the subject up in front of the other customers. Ok if you don’t want my business then I will take it elsewhere. I loved dining here. But it’s too bad they can’t hire good waiters, never coming here again or whenever this special...
