I had to use he bathroom, I didn’t realize that I needed a key to open the door. I just knocked on the door seeing it locked I thought somebody was inside. Thankfully, a young man behind the counter came out, unlock the door for me and as I entered, I will marvel it how pristinely clean the bathroom is a lot of pride was taken into the cleaning of this room, and I was really appreciate it. That morning I was given a oatmeal bar a new product on Wendy’s menu, and when I bid into it, I fell in love with it I had to have more so after using the facility here I walked up and waited to order for more of the bars. I met a wonderful customer. I think his name was Demarcus. I apologize if I got that wrong but I forgot my hearing aids and I’m old I’m 73 I’m old and I forgot but he was a wonderful wonderful gentleman. He works at Taco Bell and I’ll leave a note at the Taco Bell where he worked at what a great guy he was but he had to wait quite some time to get his five dollar box lunch because the order in front of us was large the servers and people working behind the counter, never acknowledged that anybody at the registers were standing there they were more concerned about getting out deliveries to the window and so it’s kind of frustrating but me being patient I stood there, Demarcus knife, chitchatting, and talked about how they could’ve improved the customer service by at least acknowledging people were in line and if they would be take care of them shortly, but that was a failure I think of management, not necessarily the employee in terms of their training, but the server, the young man that worked with my order eventually it was fantastic has a great smile great sense of humor, and I replace appreciated his work ethic. I gratefully and gladly picked up the tab for Demarcus because he had been so patient waiting in line that he needed to get back to work to wherever he was working. I think it was Taco Bell but could be elsewhere as well and I felt for the length of time that he suffered. I would pick up the tab with great joy, and he was one appreciating Customer the oatmeal cookie. The oatmeal bar cookies are absolutely worth the wait I love them. I hope the service improves between the those in front of the register and behind the register but all in all, I liked...
Read moreSo I came down here today to get me number four with no pickles with cheese. When I got home it did not have no lettuce and no tomato. First I called and I spoke to one of the managers named Andre and told him my complaint and he said that he was going to make my food. So I came back up here. I brought the food that I had and they offered to make it again. When I originally ordered my food I asked for it to be dropped fresh. So 2 minutes later they give me my food. I check it before I leave and I noticed that it was not fresh. It was not even as hot as it was when I first originally ordered the food. So then I told them that I just didn't want my money. I just wanted my money back. So then I was told that I had to have the receipt. The manager that was here did not know how to do a refund so I went all the way back home to get my receipt. So before I left one of the young ladies that has Red hair. She had her hair in the ponytail and she was next to the older black lady. She said" it was fresh but if the customer wants their money back give them their money back so they can be on their way. She is the reason why I will never ever come back to your establishment again. I feel like that was very disrespectful for her to say. I feel like they should have automatically dropped my food fresh. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt because of the new renovation and the fact that one of the owners came to my job and let us know that they were going to be changes. But it's very evident that the spirit of disrespect is still in this building. Until you get employees in this building that respect the client and knows when not to say certain things. Then you will be the top of the line restaurant that I know that you could be. But until then I will never ever come to this...
Read moreWhen i came to the store on October 21 at 4:00 pm I placed a mobile order and the employees were for the most part rude and not hospitable. I didn't really mind it too much and asked to go to the bathroom. The employee unlocked the door and let me go in. I washed my hands and came out to wait for my order. As I was filling up my drink cup one of the employees (white male) came up to me with a smug smile and said I was not allowed to have a backpack in the store. I was perplexed, that was the most absurd thing I had ever heard. I said to him that there was no sign that informed me of the policy. He said it was corporate. I asked for corporates number. He said he couldn't give out personal information. I asked for a manager. I told him my problem. He clarified that it was a bathroom policy. I said it was still absurd and that I had never heard of such a thing. He reiterated that it was corporate policy. I asked again for corporates number and I was again denied. After this the ketchup dispenser was not working. The same smug employee from before with the green shirt said it was working. I had to open the dispenser up myself to discover that the tube was kinked and so nothing was dispensing. I fixed the issue MYSELF and got ketchup all over myself in the process. Then, my bag broke on the bottom end and my burger fell out. Lastly, every table was filthy like they hadn't been wiped the entire day... I dont expect much from fast food joints but this is ridiculous. This is the most absurdly, poorly run place I have EVER been to with the majority of staff that is rude and inhospitable. I will never return here again and this may have ruined the entire wendy's brand for me...
