Bernie's Méxican Restaurant — Restaurant in Laramie

My parents love this place but being from CA, I don't. Staff is awesome which is why i give it two stars. The chips are not free or tortilla fried, the salsa is sweet, no pico de gallo or cilantro, I asked for a corn tortilla and got a thick flour tortilla, my side salad was shredded and chopped romain lettuce with thick shreds of cheddar cheese, and a few pieces of diced tomato. I liked that dressing was served on the side but surprised that there wasn't any chipotle dressing. Hefty portions of moist tasty shredded chicken in the taco. Mouthwatering. So good. I wouldn't choose to come back but I think other people really enjoy this spot and I hope they maintain...

I went to Bernie’s a while ago, and had the BEST experience of my life, everyone was so nice, GREAT customer service, food tasted like it was made by Gordon Ramsey himself. 10/10 I will be going there every chance I get. I want to shake everyone’s hand and tell them what great work they have done. I am telling you, you have NOT lived until you have been to Bernie’s, Bring your kids, bring your grandparents, bring everyone you know. I will be having my honeymoon there. Because that’s where I met the love of my life. Their food sends shivers down my spine, it’s so good. I am Bernie’s #1 fan, sincerely, yours....

We stopped in because of previous reviews and they were spot on Bernie has the best Mexican dishes around My wife and I sample every Mexican restaurant we encounter and Bernie tops them all The green chili is outstanding and the Roasted green chili is to die for. Their meat selection is fabulous, the shredded beef is in my opinion the best I have ever had. The service is outstanding answering all questions, being attentive to our needs and very polite Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, Bernie's is now my absolute go to every time I am in Laramie Keep up the awesome work people you all...
