Burger King — Restaurant in Laredo

I am deaf I went to burger king at San Bernardo Laredo and I was trying to order for my son and me and the lady that took my order did not understand I was deaf I gave her a paper to write what I need but she was not helping me but there was another lady with a black button shirt and I think blond hair she has a hat I couldnt see it and she was looking at us trying to see what was the problem and she saw my son making signs to talk to me and she came over and wrote on the paper do you sign in English I said yes she said I know sign language but only in English I can take your order. She took my order she used the paper to right and and signing and made sure I looked at her lips when she talked and I could tell she was talking slowlyer to help me I asked her how she knew signing she said she learned in school you should. Have more people like that can see that some of us are different and not all can hear or see think she was a manager her name was heather I will come back since she made me feel good that she can understand me I want someone to know she helped me out when others never try I still understand but in other way gracias heather muy Bien Ella may...

Don't waste you money on those coupons of false advertisement. I went and the manager was rude. I went to save money for my kids and due to the water boil she said she cant give me can sodas even though in other locations they are doin that. I told her why she lying about saying all locations don't provide the free drinks. She reassured me that she knows everyone in the locations and no one is accepting the coupon of the free drinks. My kids were thirsty from playing and she didnt give my kids their drink. Management said I was the liar. This was the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. She said to wait until the water boil ends to give the free drinks. Worst customer service. I will never go to this location ever. The best service I've had is on the one on saunders. Hope they do something about this management. No freaking manners. Oh.. but I waited n saw she did approve free drinks with other people coupons of meals. I should of went to Mcdonalds instead. Food and service is fine.

There is a middle age caucasian panhandler always asking for money. He stands around the drive-thru.

Usually when my boyfriend is with me, my bf either rolls down the window and tell him we have no change, or we just ignore him.

But today I went to the drive-thru by myself. The same panhandler knocked on my window and asked "do you speak english?". I tried to ignore him, and shook my head to indicate I'm not interested in a conversation. Then he yelled "Hablar espanol?". Again I shook my head. He then got aggressive and started yelling "Were you born ignorant" "or were you just raised that way"

My car was stuck between 2 other customers and I was unable to drive away, otherwise, I would have.

That was an extremely uncomfortable situation and I felt threatened. Especially after the recent incident of 2 panhandlers stabbed a woman to death, while she handed them money through her car window.

I will never visit burger king at this...
