I do not come to McDonald's very often and the times I do, I get cookies for my family and I. Upon placing my order this time although, I was charged incorrectly, usually I am charged a cookie tote, but this time I was charged 13 individual cookies, which in turn made it more expensive. I did not bring this up, because I did not want to make it a problem. But, upon pulling up to the second window, I was greeted very impolitely first of all. Now, I work in the service industry and I understand when people are difficult and I know that I was not being such. He proceeded after greeting to tell me to pull up into a parking space, no please. I said that "I would prefer not to, and I do not wish to, but I would be more than happy to pull forward, I'm very sorry." He repeated to me to pull forward, I said the same thing, very nicely, not getting upset, no attitude. I was even saying sorry. He then told me about the timer on the drive thru. Now, being in customer service I understood, but also he should not be saying his problems to me, I am a guest after all. I again repeated the same thing and that I would really prefer to not. He then rolled his eyes and slammed the window shut. No "why?" Nothing, very rude. Now why was I "annoying" or "bothering" or even "making his job difficult?" Because I ALWAYS get forgotten about, and if I'm not forgotten, my cookies take a VERY long time. On top of that, the parking lot is horrible. Now, I did pull forward and guess what? On 1/18/24 at 9:47pm a drive thru order was made containing 4 cheeseburgers 4 chicken sandwich 20 nuggets. Parts of Chicken sandwich and nuggets ended up consumed before realizing they were raw. Buffalo sauce go figure. The restaurant hung up when called that night. Friday 1/19/24 store was called again and asked to speak with GM. I specifically asked GM 3 times if store was franchise or corporate. All 3 times was told it was corporate location. Went to store in person same date, again asked GM in person if store was a franchise or corporate store. Again to my face I was told it was corporate store. GM immediately identified the raw chicken sandwich pic as being a McChicken sandwich.
GM Mrs Bautista was polite and concerned, apologized offered to refund money & replace food. But again I asked who was the owner of the McDonald's and again I was told it was a corporate store. Later Friday I emailed McDonald's corporate office only to find out the Laredo store was a franchise not corporate store. Corporate was specifically requested to provide franchise owners name, address & phone number if found to be franchise. Instead they email saying they forwarded the concern to franchise owner. No name no nothing.
Monday 1/22 I get email from franchise owner rep but they took fail to identify the corporate name for franchise or it's address. In fact lady who emailed me had no reference as to what position she held with the franchise at all. Luckily for them I had the ability to think to induce vomiting as soon as discovered...

I wonder how come employee's don't get necessary help. Are they being used, abused and exploited. They need more U.S. employee's paid at a fair, and decent wage.

CAUTION: 12-03-23 -- This place is not very hygienic. Also, food is not served as McDonald's promises --- it is not very fresh. Management at this hour will challenge you and with much difficulty will accept to serve you what is just! August 04,2022 WARNING! Most likely you will have to wait about an hour to get quality service. Most food now seems to be refried and dry. Employees seem to be absent minded and most lack social and communication skills. Common courtesies do not seem to come natural to them. I'M Sorry McDonald's you seem to be falling behind in recruiting what will represent you best. CHICKFILA keep up the good work in choosing people that greatly represent your great food and service.
