12/24/24: that's it. I'm done. Sitting in the same area, got the same treatment. Ignored until I ordered my wine. Still got ignored. I understand being understaffed, and if this was the first time I would understand. This is the third or fourth time in a row this has happened. My understanding went out the window last visit. Tonight was a test. You failed. Miserably. Time to let my wallet do the talking.

I have had excellent service at this location. I go in once a week, on the weekends, and (except for last night) have chosen to have Adrian as my server. He is awesome. I am always a party of one and Adrian takes such good care of me. Checks in with me frequently, is personable and social, and really makes me feel very special while I'm in there. My server last night, Alyssa, was excellent as well. You can't go wrong with either one of these servers, though I do enjoy checking in and catching up with Adrian. Makes my journey (and work on my social anxiety disorder) well worth it. Tell him Barbara sent you! ;)
Was in on Friday, 4/9/21, and Adrian wasn't in residence yet. His co-worker Stephen stepped right up to the plate and took awesome care of me. Drinks brought quickly, dinner order served to me with a smile and a quip. Adrian, Alyssa and Stephen ROCK this location as servers.
12/18/24: I am updating my review, something I don't normally do. Especially not this much later but I felt it was necessary. The last three times I have been in there, over the past 3 weeks, the service has been horrid. The first two times, I was there with my friend. And we waited almost 15 minutes for service. This last time I went alone and ended up having to go up to the bar and place my own orders. The bartender was very gracious but it was very troubling. The person who was in charge of the area I was seated in actually looked at me twice and never even came near me. I don't know what's going on up there and why the service is taking such a nose dive but this is something they need to work on. I'm hoping for better service the next time I go back but if I don't get it I won't be going there anymore. Honestly, I'm not sure why I'm giving them another...
Read morePerhaps the bartender shouldn't double as a server when the customer isn't seated in the bar area. She was friendly, but mostly MIA. My strawberry margarita was terribly watered down, as though it was part of a batch made an hour before and kept on ice. She rushed out my entree, while I still had half a bowl of French onion soup to finish. That particular soup takes longer to eat that most other soups. The restaurant was half empty at 2:30pm, so why the rush? My steak was overcooked, but I had slowly eaten half of it, before she returned to ask how everything was. I normally tip 30% or better depending upon the service, but she received 15% because she phoned it in. I even overheard her loudly joking with the bar patrons about forgetting my table. Seriously? Previous: Food was fantastic! The restaurant was nearly empty with only two other tables of customers, as well as some folks at the bar. Would have gotten 5 stars if they hadn't seated me, a lone woman, with the family & children, as so many restaurants do. There are approximately 11 booths in the establishment but I was seated next to the family with a young child who kept kicking my seat. Maybe they do that because they think I am not going to spend much as a lone diner? I spent $37 before tip. Hopefully, management will stop this policy of always seating lone diners with the children and families, especially when there are plenty of tables available. In a crowded restaurant, I understand. I dine out 7 days a week either for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. So many front of house staff seat lone diners in the worst places in the restaurant, as though our money isn't as good as...
Read moreI would love to write a review on this wonderful new waitress that has been there 1 month her name is Desiree. Erik and I ordered a 2 meal for $29 and sweet teas. 😋 This beautiful young lady waitress gave us amazing above and beyond service. We were so impressed with her being so young and only there a month. She was able to answer our questions and knew the menu very well. It was as if she had been there a long time. She did her job with passion and pure heart. We watched her quickly serve others and a big group. She was fast at every way meeting everyone's needs. I did call the manager today and expressed our wonderful service about her. We absolutely loved her and of course gave her a well deserved tip. She really went above and beyond her waitressing to give us the best service when she could have easily delegated it to another staff. The tea we ordered was sweet tea, however it tasted unsweetened and she immediately no questions asked went to make a fresh one herself. We came in short before close so we were one of her last customers. The food 😋 as always hot and fresh and tasty 😋. I sincerely hope she is there for a long time. She did her job with pure heart and passion and deserves a raise. She was enjoyable 😉 and very friendly. We loved her and will be asking for her as our waitress next time we come. I am a regular customer at this location. Thank you Desiree 😊 I hope you and your managers see this. 👀 see you soon. 😘 It truly was a pleasure meeting you 😊 you made our experience 😊 enjoyable 😉 and unforgettable 😊 ❤️ ps. We were there last night 5/19/2024...
