Friday 22 March 2019. Late evening after dinner rush

We stopped coming here for a while because they continuously screw up our to go orders. Today we tried them again after a bit of a hiatus only to find nothing has changed

The biggest fail was the Caesar salad. What we received was more the size of a side salad buy yet paid full price. It had no croutons and was only a couple pieces of chicken on a rather small portion of lettuce and two small cups of dressing. This was not worth the money

Another fail was the steak fajitas. They have a bad track record of not cooking the beef fully. It's so raw inside it's like chewing bubble gum. Knowing this we always stress very hard to make sure it is cooked throughout. We always get the OK on the phone but probably 70 Percent of the time we show up, the person giving us the food has no idea about it as the order taker never relays the request to the cook.

Additionally with the fajitas I was given the absolute smallest cups of cheese, pico de Gallo and salsa. Basically I had enough sides to add to one fajita with nothing left for the remaining 4 or 5.

It just gets old here when the consistency is failure .

Lunch. Ordered lunch fajitas and chicken crispers. Water for drink

They brought the cheese/salsa/lettuce/pico out 10 minutes before the meal. I didn't like that sitting out so long before my meal came.

The Zoosk card reader is on the side and is too low to slide a chip credit card in without lifting it up. The Zoosk reader was also a bit greasy looking, needs a good cleaning.

Ordered on phone for family of 6 on 23 November, 2016 at 8pm.

Was placed on hold for 8 minutes before we could place our order.

We pulled up to the ToGo parking and got our food almost immediately. There were no other cars in line before us.

They forgot our chips and salsa and had to be reminded.

This was the first time in about 6 visits that varying Chili's locations got our order right for the most part, at least in an itemized way.

The hamburger we ordered came with some sort of sauce on it, even though we asked for no sauce.

The fajitas were ordered half chicken and half beef. The beef was not fully cooked and was very chewy, otherwise...

First time going here and will be the last, I don't usually leave reviews but this was necessary to share the experience so others don't deal with it.

We put our name in with the host for a table for 2, we were told there will be a 10 minute wait and were told we could sit at the bar while we wait and listen for our name. We aren't even 10 feet away from the host station, we hear multiple names get called out, yet our name is never called. After about 20 minutes, we go and sit in front of the host station assuming our name will be called. Other tables continued to get sat before us so we asked what the issue was and were told our name was called out however we easily would have heard it if they spoke at a normal level as they did with other names. Then, the host sits us at a table in the back by the To-Go area. 15 minutes later, a waiter finally comes by and doesn't even greet us, he immediately says "This isn't a normal table, this is a to go table but I guess I'll take care of you all." He told us that he assumed that we had just walked in and sat ourselves. He was rude and sarcastic in every word spoken to us. We let him know we were sat there by a host after we had to wait 30 minutes for a table for two and he was shocked to hear that.

We order our appetizer while ordering our food, since the waiter hadn't been to us in over 15 minutes to make it easier for them. The food all comes out together 25-30 minutes later. We check the bill and we were also charged money for "table games" that we did not play nor touch.

The literal only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 0 is because of the egg rolls. That is the only part of my evening I enjoyed. I was excited to switch it up and try a chain restaurant in the area, and I won't be doing that again. I'd rather spend $100 somewhere else instead...

Came in yesterday with a larger group of adults and two children in high chairs. It started off on a bad foot when we arrived and they hadn’t made space for all of us when we even called ahead. They acted confused at the start and that should’ve been our cue to get the heck out. Everything took FOREVER. I understand being a large group it can be difficult but this was beyond difficult. Our initial food order came out...half of it I should say. I’m not sure if the server forgot to put our order in, but the second half came by literally over a half hour later. Half our party was done eating by this point. The manager came over to offer a half hearted “ I have no good reason for why this happened, but you all get free dessert”. I could’ve seen dessert as an option for anything other than timing. We didn’t even want anything for free..we wanted good service. Get this...the dessert comes out for HALF of the party again leaving us to wait even longer!!! The entire problem was the wait and they “fixed” it with a longer wait. I am not one to bash a business because I understand things happen, but the complete lack of regard for our time was disheartening at best. It ran us late for the rest of our evening plans. We made a decision to go to a familiar chili’s for convenience and good food. I will never ever ever be back to this particular location. Which is saddening as it’s been a regular go to since I was a child. “Half” was the key word I used throughout this review, and I wish I could leave a half star...
