Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Largo

Feb. 14, 2021: There doesn't seem to be a concern about the pandemic at this store. When I went in, masked, to pick up, it took some waving of arms and yelling "hello, hello" to try to get one of the four employees attention. The employee that finally noticed me was not wearing a mask and had to go put one on before he approached me with my pre-ordered pizza. Again, another Domino's won't even let people in the store, they meet you just outside the door. They should do this at this East Bay store too. Pizza was ready on time, but not as ordered. I requested well done and extra sauce and it wasn't either. Was really soft and pretty flavorless even though there were 2 toppings on it and garlic seasoned hand tossed crust. Was still edible, but disappointing because on my last visit my pizza was real good. I will probably be going back to my old store.

Jan. 31, 2021: Ordered online for a carryout. Had trouble with coupon code, but it was taken care of in store at time of pickup. Pan pizza with extra sauce, steak, and onion - pizza was good! 1st time trying Domino's pan pizza and would order again, just maybe request well done so the bottom may be a little crisper. I don't like a ton of cheese, more of a sauce person and I thought the cheese to sauce ratio was perfect (extra sauce/normal amount of cheese). Pizza was better than competitor's pan pizza which has gone downhill over the years. I wish the carryout option was outside - contactless like at the Ulmerton Domino's. Ulmerton won't even let you in the store due to the pandemic we are in. Store is really new and clean. Should do good here due to apartments...

Driver pulled up, pulled the pizza out of his trunk not in a warming bag. Brought it to my door, gave the tip and he left. Brought the food in opened it, pizza was very cold, my gluten free pizza was cold. Both pizza's tasted horrible. And we had ordered garlic knots and instead we got cinnamon stick with marinara sauce. Tried calling, took forever for me to get anyone on the phone. When I finally got someone, she said hello I said hello she said may I help you, I said may I speak to a manager, she the said hello and the hellos continued until she hung up. Tried calling back again couldn't get anyone at all. So I am leaving a bad review. This place serves cold food and it's the worst pizza I've ever had. $45 for a large pizza and GF pizza sticks, which were the wrong sticks. I will stick with not ordering out anymore. And cooking at home where is cheaper and better food. Domino's lost my family and I as a new customer forever. Never going to order from them again. To bad I couldn't leave no star. What a complete rip off for my hard...

My order was ready and being "reviewed for excellence" at 6:02pm and yet I didn't get my order until 7:45pm.

When I called to inquire about my order at 6:45pm the manager assured me that despite a lack of delivery drivers, my order would be going out soon. An hour later, soggy, lukewarm pizza and parmesan bites arrived to finally satiate our hunger. We threw the wings out because we didn't trust chicken that had been sitting under heat lamps for an hour before sitting in a delivery vehicle for another 45 mins.

The manager didn't offer any sort of resolution, didn't offer a discount, or to cancel my order... Just... Disappointing. I had a lot on my plate at that moment, and was expecting speedy service from dominos. The subpar quality of the meal was expected, but honestly I didn't expect food to be sitting that long. At the very least I expected fresh food to be made when a delivery driver WAS available, not old, cold food.

Safe to say this accidental blunder of choosing this location won't ever...
