Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Largo

I would rate this particular Hungry Howies zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I live right down the street and order from here several times a week. We stopped in yesterday to order two pizza's but decided less than a minute after placing the order that we would rather have a salad instead of the medium cheese pizza. We were told that the pizza was already being made and there was no way to change the order. We would've accepted that if the owner would have relayed that information in a professional manner. I was yelled and cussed at and told not to ever come back. I ended up getting a full refund and will never spend another penny at this place when all they had to do was charge me more money for the salad upgrade. Instead they chose to be stubborn and ignorant which left them with two pizza's they couldn't do anything with. I will gladly start ordering...

Order a pizza & wings with 6 tender..... when I got my order the tender were spicy, half the size from when I order last time and they were not spicy.... called back to get regular tender with spicy bread.... If it was a manger I was talking to , I told her that these cant be the tenders she stated the menu was wrong( found that hard to believe the company miss print their menu) I informed her that I think a company would you a option to eat what you like.... IT SOUND LIKE IT TO ME THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD.... She didnt want to resolve my issue because that the way it comes in pre-pack, how we can now not resolve the single problem.... Then i ask for my money back and told i can drive down with the food and get my money back after they get their deliver charge and a tip.... Thank for fixing...

Usually HH has good food... Tonight the order was a pick up instead of delivery... We ordered a salad and hot pasta dish... The salad was wrong, so I called... The manager "Chris" stated that I could bring the salad back and they would make me another or I could have a couple dollars off next order.... Bring salad back? I asked if he was serious, that we had hot food and he wanted me to leave hot food to do a 30 min trip to fix THEIR error.. Chris did say.. Those were my only options.. I stated you didn't offer to have one delivered. So my take is l bring it back.. Wait for them to remake it.. And drive back home to not enjoy the pasta hot... Fix our error at your expense and eat your dinner cold..
