Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Cold Stone NEEDS to get their business in order. We walked in right as a couple with 2 kids were walking out WITH NO MASKS on at all. Mind you there is a sign on the door that states mask must be worn. I guess it depends on the employees if this rule is implemented or not. We ask for our order and as we're about to pay, I ask may I use your restroom to wash my hands the employee responds in a rude tone our restrooms aren't open to the public, so I buy a bottle of water so I can rinse my hands off, outside when he sees that we're paying w a $100 bill again with a rude attitude responds I can't take that. So we paid with a card. Rude employee and not implementing the mask rule, I can spend my hard earned $$ in an establishment where they understand that masks are nessesary and the employees are polite..... Not returning to Cold...

🔊This review is for Daniel at the Telshor location. I went yesterday with my family and the place was packed. Not only was it packed, Daniel was by himself on a shift like this. We were there for almost 35 mins. He looked exhausted and tired yet he managed to greet, smile and treat every customer so nice and friendly, like he just started his shift. I noticed how exhausted he was because ive been in that position, where everybody leaves on break or its a short staffed day or your relieve simply does not show up. Daniel was amazing, my daughter even told him he was great. Employees like this deserve more from their employers and managers. Give this guy a raise!!!! Everybody there waited and treated him with patience. He deserved it. Thank you Daniel. I hope you are...

Just visited with my family (8/23/24, 7:30pm) and it was the worst experience we’ve had here! The restaurant was filthy with ice cream all over every table and chair. The lights with the fan in front of it create a strobing effect that is really unpleasant and uncomfortable on the eyes, and it’s also uncomfortably cold, even for an ice cream shop. The workers got our order out quickly, but it was really sloppy and melting all over the cup and they all three ran to the back after getting our orders out and stayed there and only came out when a new customer would walk in. This place is already really pricey (three small ice creams for $30) and having a bad experience makes it not at all...
