Subway — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I was very disappointed as my local subway (Telshor) and there not being another close by to go to fue to living off high-way 70 we are limited to food places close by, I usually never have issues coming to this location but my last couple of visits and including the visit I just had today I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this location again. Destiny had very poor customer service with me seemed like she was in a bad mood and forced to do her job, then I had asked for spinach and it was spoiled and you could tell it was not in good condition, she then proceeded to put the same spinach in my sandwich I asked her to remove it due to it clearly and visibly being spoiled, she then seemed annoyed because I asked her to remove bad spinach? I didn’t even bother asking her to get another replacement, she also gave me attitude for the rest of my checking out process. Food is good, though the bread was a little dried out. They were out of meatballs, so I went with turkey for the family.

Customer Service is not so great. The young lady working the counter around 1:15-1:35 PM on Friday, October 4, 2019 was very unfriendly. We intentionally went out of our way to another Subway, because the one closer to us has a cranky young lady working there every time we went.

The young man working at this location today very kind and friendly.

This falls back on management and parenting. They either aren't training these girls properly or aren't checking up on their customer service skills. Disappointing. It's not that difficult to smile and be friendly to customers.

I have a son with autism and I've taught him how to greet people. It can be done.

Today after a long hard day at work, my daughter and I decided that we wanted a sandwich from Subway as neither one of us felt like cooking. The store was packed and busy with people with one girl working. Her name was Ariana. She was very professional. And even though the store was packed with people, she was working hard with a smile on her face. She was very kind very professional.. if she was stressed at all, you would not be able to tell one bit she handled herself extremely well. Excellent customer service.
