OKAY YA'LL READY FOR THIS ONE (CUZ ITS A DOOZY!!!) where do i begin ..the good stuff.....??!? yeah. The food was excellent ..tasty, delicious, looked great. was hot..tasted even better..a lil greasy but in all the right spots... okay now for the service ...they were super friendly, knew how to do their job, were on time with everything .. but the thing about that is they were all standing around talking, laughing, joking, yes they cooking the pizza, but the place was very very very very very DIRTY!!!!! There was old plates from people who had allready left on the tables, crumbs all over the sticky tables, and not just one table with old plates , with half eaten pizza, ranch dressing everywhere, cheese toppings everywhere, but like several tables with leftovers there and this was like for a very long time that all of this was left unattended. We were there for I say a good hour and the only time I saw one of the 10 workers behind the counter come and clean just right b4 we left. And it was bad. The drink station was terribly disappointing and ever more disgusting then the tables becuz it was just so so unclean....u could see things floating around in the juice becuz it was clear I guess...Im thinking they havent cleaned the lines or the dispensers where the drinks come out becuz I know how to clean those and what must be done to keep them clean ..they must be taken apart on a daily so all that doesnt get buildup of either mold or just mildew especially with all the business they get and u can tell they dont clean that store until they absolutely have too or if they have a certain boss on duty becuz whoever was there did not tell his employees anything..Im really sorry to say cuz I love Peter Piper Pizza but I must give this place 2 ¼ stars cuz the food was very good but I can only imagine how all the utensils and stuff in the back look..I bet its a sad sight to see..cuz if the front looks like it did just think about how the back looks .I hope I dont...
Read moreHad my daughters birthday party here at this location and all was fine until a miscommunication happened and our service went down hill. Our hostess was amazing and very attentive but the manager on duty was outrageously rude. I understand if you decide to refuse beer service for a guest of a party because they have a vertical ID, but absolutely cutting out the entire rest of the party because of that and saying they are underage when they are 23 yrs old and one of your employees telling the said guest that their drivers license is fake and because of that you decide to stand around the oven with your entire crew pointing at the entire party and making rude faces and snark comments is very unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I understand there are rules that must be followed I myself am alcohol settified in the state of New Mexico but to blame your establishment is to refuse service to an entire party because one guest has a vertical ID is very upsetting. And if you are going to be rude then just ask the party to leave rather than make it uncomfortable for the guest because you decided to be petty. At the end he's all that counts is my daughter had fun and had no idea what was happening but it is sad to say that a place that is meant to celebrate a birthday and have fun for our kids was just the opposite. My guest offered to pick up and leave because they felt at fault for the incident but the manager told them even if they left they still wouldn't serve the party as everyone was part of the same group and he had the right to refuse service for the entire party for that...
Read moreHighly disappointing. Being from out of town I was craving the delicious taste of this place again after roughly 10 years. Understanding that it was Friday night things were bound to be less than top notch. However, I must note that the location was not full and despite the number of pickup orders there was chaos. I placed my order and waited…and waited… and waited. 30 minutes later I checked and was told we were waiting on the wings. Understandable. I waited some more only to see 1,2,3…7 baskets of wings prepared and dispensed elsewhere. 15 minutes later (now at 45 minutes of sitting literally in front of the entire prep/pickup counter) I enquired again. The worker looked at the computer, dashed to the ovens and after some rapid discussion ran back to me. The message this time? My cinnamon bread was not ready. Wait, is it the wings or cinnamon bread that ain’t cooked? I looked towards the oven to see a nice, hot cinnamon bread be dumped out of a plastic bowl (it was about to be delivered to a table) into a to-go box. Apparently the wings were already somewhere in the hubbub with my by now, long-cooked pizza. Voilà! My order is now ready. Still with high hopes at the flavor indented to assist in my overlooking the faults of the past hour….it was ok. Pizza was not as cooked as it should have been (not quite raw but definitely rushed) and the wings were chewy (both now being cooled from 30+...
