Dunkin' — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Update 10/06/24 * I'm a consistent regular here and at main street... I'm normally super happy with this location but in the last few months they have gone more and more down hill in my book. Staff use to be super friendly and on top of their game.! Drinks are made wrong or staff don't listen to what you say and you get things you don't want, also there were multiple times where they gave a coolatta when I asked for frozen coffee and the girl that would do this to me would get so mad that I would correct her when the wrong drink came out.. there's been times where my frozen coffee was not frozen... It was liquid in a cup and I asked the lady to please reblend it with more ice and she even got an attitude about it, I even said thank you to her mistake and still got a cold shoulder. There are many people here that just shouldn't be working there. If you don't like a job then get the one you do like... Now today, I really just got upset. I really did. I bought two frozen drinks, half a dozen, and a pup cup... Total of 19 a d some change.... Charged my card, the card machine said approved but the woman behind the counter said NO, it had to be done again. so I did it AGAIN..... KNOWING DAMN WELL IM NOT CRAZY.... Went to the car with my son and hit up my bank account to find two charges 1 minute apart... I went back in and was unsurely told that one of those charges will go away magically, so I called my bank and sure enough there are charges that are pending to go through and the money is out of my account. I told the woman inside, you need to refund the money cause I have two charges period and I received two times the points than I should have gotten on my Dunkin app... The process was just unpleasant and my money was taken without a care. So I'll just say this, I will dispute in two days with the bank all my transactions with you guys, block your transactions all together, and move to Starbucks or scooters, or someone else if my money is not on my account in that time frame. All I wanted was two drinks and donuts, not to pay for your free meal too. I'm disappointed and aggravated because now I'm the one cut short on bills....

Hi so I never do this but this one was a bit uncomfortable. I have no idea who was on speaker today at the drive thru between 6:53pm-6:55pm. She was not nice at all, I’ve never once been treated this rudely here and everyone who works here is younger so like I get it but omg if you don’t feel happy there then don’t bring your entire team down because you wanna be rude and give yourself a bad name. Like I said I do not know who this was, but I’ve only seen one other review that was similar to mine. If they do see these and go over them I would like to emphasize that it was only the person who was on speaker not the person at the window. The person at the window was very kind, unfortunately I was kinda uncomfortable already, hopefully by some miracle this person just acts nicer in the future. Literally not trying to get anyone fired, but you also don’t have to be rude to someone when they weren’t even being rude to you in the first place. Anyway they did an amazing job on the coffee and are typically a really good location I do recommend but yeah hopefully you don’t get that one girl...

Stale donuts and my coffee tastes like it's burnt 🥵 geez what the heck is wrong with this location. Absolutely awful. Is it really so difficult to provide good donuts and coffee? Instead of America running on Dunkin this one store has me running away from Dunkin. Literally the donuts are delivered to you. Not a single employee here makes them. How do you mess that up. The donuts were delivered in a 15 foot rider truck not even a truck with Dunkin donuts on it. I know because the guy was delivering donuts as I was leaving. I should have known better.... His truck was ghetto and it wasn't a temperature controlled truck. That's crazy!!!! Dunkin you should be ashamed of yourselves. 97 degree weather and the donuts you sell to us are in such hot temperatures that bacteria and who knows what else can grow in the custard and other ingredients!!!! Absolutely Shameful!!!!! You should be paying me for eating those nasty...
