So I placed my order 3 hours ago for delivery and have yet to eat. I requested light sauce. Clearly its in the order. However, upon arrival its dripping, oozing with marinara. The cheese was a sloppy mess there was so much sauce. I normally do not complain - however, I did call to try and get it fixed because sadly medically I cannot eat that. The girl who answered refused to let me speak to a manager. She refused to fix anything except to credit my account for the amount of the pizza (within 7-10 days). She even suggested I just eat the rest on the order (which wasnt even mine nor could I eat it). Unless I wanted to drive it down there they would make another one.
I was not in a position to leave my home this morning, hence choosing delivery. I medically cannot eat what they delivered. I drove all the way to the store, the girl immediately avoided me and sent a chef out, who refunded my money (within 7-10 days). Thanks for tying up my money for a week and 3 hours later still havent eaten and am still here trying to deal with this.
This is also a location seems to have the largest bunch of incompetent idiots that work there. I asked for a regular menu item that I order all the time from other locations, and the air head behind the register stared at me blankly and said he "didnt didnt have a button on the register" to charge me for it.

Not sure if the fault lays with drivers or staff but orders obviously need to be double checked for completion before going out. Asking my delivery drivers where ordered drinks listed on the receipt are got old a while ago. I hate that I've been paying an extra $3-6 for literally nothing nearly every time I order and none of the drivers have ever gone back to correct it when the mistake is realized (which of course they wouldn't because no one in a gig job is going to trade the next timely order payment for 20-30 min of wasted time to correct a less than $10 mistake that was likely made by shop staff) I called in a few months ago concerning this and I was simply offered a free drink on my next online order but not given a code or any info on how to redeem this "offer". We will either be making a point to go buy our own drinks elsewhere before placing an order from now on or simply start ordering more from other places that actually deliver everything that was paid for...
Read morePersonally I love little Caesars But today I had the worst Experience I went in & the worker ( Hazel ) said they only had the $5 pizza or a 10 min wait , I went ahead & looked at the pizza they had already made You could tell it was old & burnt I said that’s fine I can go ahead & wait the 10 min she proceeded to tell me it will turn out the same way & so did another worker named ( Josh ) “ there was no dough but they went ahead & made there people who where picking her up a pizza I kept saying that would be fine I’ll wait the 10 minutes. She starred to get so much attitude like it made her mad to do her own job ? I waited 5 minutes for them to hand me the same pizza they put in the oven , I received a burnt pizza hard as a rock as crust I couldn’t believe it. As I proceeded to walk off she thought it was necessary to say ( it’s on my tag my name is hazel like girl. It isn’t hard to do a job you get paid for I’m more then upset with not only there service but to receive food in that kind of way. Tomorrow I will be going in to get my money back...
