I brought my own cup with ice because the ice at this location tastes funny. This location isn't associated with official Starbucks so they don't take payments through the Starbucks app or give you rewards for purchases. Ordered my drink, gave them my cup, the guy put more ice that tastes weird in my cup and then made my coffee wrong. I politely went back to get it corrected and the guy knew he messed up, so he took it back to remake it. Alyssa it is. I gave her a 2nd try. Rude, just ignored me this morning. I asked for a lemon loaf & she rudely told me all that is in the window showcase is all she has. I ordered a mango dragonruir lemonade. The 1st was clearly water/coconut water she looked at it took & tossed.
