My husband went to eat at Whataburger around 9 p.m. last night and we had the pleasure of having Katrina take our order. She was very pleasant and seemed to know what she was doing. She didn't question the order, so we hoped she got it right. We got our order exactly, the way we wanted and she even came to our table to bring the extra items I had asked for. She later, came by to ask if everything was fine and if we needed anything else. She went around, doing the same for everyone, moving quickly, but giving everyone undivided attention. Katrina had a small break from taking orders, so she went to the drink area and tidied up. Now a days, we don't expect good service at all, much less going beyond your duties, but Katrina gave me my faith back in humanity. She reminded me of one of Gene Wilder's quotes from "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" "So shines a good deed in a weary world". My first job as a teenager was with Whataburger. They taught us morals, showing us videos about the "Golden Rule". I believe that I am a good and kind person and I really believe they showed me the right path. Thank you Whataburger for continuing to produce kind-hearted...
Read moreLast night my wife and I went to our favorite Whataburger to get some dinner. Unfortunately the girl at the window was put out because I asked if there were napkins in the bag. With a snarky stare she said there probably is, as she handed me our food. My wife looked into the bag and told me there isn’t. I told the girl, there wasn’t any napkins in the bag, could I please have some napkins. She glared at me, grabbed some napkins and handed them to me. This girl’s attitude to my request was abhorrent. I believe that if this girl put as much effort into her customer service attentiveness as she put into the thick layer of makeup and her overly long lashes . She would have a much better work life. As a representative of Whataburger. Her lack of professionalism, work ethic and decorum are not an asset for this company. Unfortunately her life choices have placed her in a position where she interacts with the public. If she is unsatisfied, she should put more effort into self worth than her makeup. We will no longer support this establishment and will now frequent the Whataburger...
Read moreThis Whataburger location may make the best food I've ever received from any Whataburger restaurant, but you can go ahead and forget the condiments you ordered. You will not get them. In-store, drive through, delivery order, it will not matter. The condiments you ordered will be on your receipt, but you will not get them. Ever. The food is great, but, this location lacks more than a lot when it comes to the fine details. I'd recommend visiting this location, as the food will be great. But they will not pay attention to any part of your order outside of the menu item itself. 5 star food, but repeated lack of attention to detail brings my rating of this restaurant down to a 3/5 star rating, at most. So much to offer. But when a place can't even give you the courtesy of providing you with the requested, receipt documented, condiments you wanted, it says a lot. Should be a 5 star location, but it's a 3/5, at best, for me due to the fact that this location never fails to let you down on the most simple parts...
