Subway — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I went to this location on n main in las cruces, store #100. There was a magic marker sign on the door saying "cash only, no debit or credit cards. To pay with card order online". I asked him, do if I want to use a card I can sit here and place an online order?. He said yes. I sat down, downloaded the app and tried to place an order. I was not able to choose the location to place the order. I tried several times, then I told him I couldn't select the location. I asked why, and he said "I don't know". I asked if he could find out. He looked at his computer screen and turned it around and said "see that red X at the top, I said yes. He said that means no online orders. I asked him why he told me to order online. There were two employees working at the time with myself and another customer who was sitting before I got there. Ordered my sandwich and started looking for a clean table to sit at. Found one reasonably clean and ate. The entire time I was there they had one more customer show up and not once did any employee clean any tables. The past 3 times I’ve ordered I’ve received the wrong sandwich/ingredients regardless of whether I have gone in or ordered online (not sure how you get an online order wrong) when I have called to talk to the staff they have been rude, unapologetic and have given me answers basically saying that it’s on me to catch their mistakes, and just in general being incredibly disrespectful and even laughing when I’ve mentioned something.
