Miguel's Restaurant — Restaurant in Las Cruces

On May 22, 2018 I called to get a quote on large quantities of there food for a graduation party. I placed the order a went in the next morning to pay. They gave me an incorrect quote, which the price was outrageous. I spoke with the owner about the incorrect quote and decided to only purchase the chips and salsa. I ordered 12 pounds of chips and both him and a coworker stated they could put the salsa in a large container. Come Saturday my husband picked up the order and once he got home there was no salsa to be found. Our guest had arrived and it was to late to go pick it up. The next day I called and spoke with the owner. He stated he would call back never did. My husband called this morning left a message asked for a phone call back never got it. My husband called this afternoon and was then told by the owner that salsa does not come with chips. Seriously!!! First of all they did not only tell us they would be happy to put it in a large container, but now they dont give it with large quantities!!! So unprofessional!!!! Bad customer services. My husband works for the surgical team for not only MMC but MountainView hospital as well. So we definitely won't be recommending...

First time visit, and because we know the health inspector of Las Cruces NM and we were given first hand info on this small restaurant. And I have to say that the Menudo was very tasty and had original Mexican flavor, but the presentation was pitiful we had menudo all over the plate and the toasted bread. Our coffee was not served until we were halfway through our meal and the breakfast burrito that i ordered at the beginning was not brought out until the owner came out and checked on us. But when the burrito finally made it to our table it was delicious but we went ahead and brought it home. We will try visiting again in the future but for now we are trying out different restaurants that are being mentioned to us by our family friend health inspector here in Las Cruces NM. ps, the Menudo was very tasty...

Well i did like it there. Me and my family would go at least 2 to 3 times a week untill a few days ago.. Besides always having to get up n get our own refills. Cuz the girls that work there always on the fone and playing around..always had to get extra spices cuz there was no taste. I still like going there but now we will no longer going as of the other day and on top of that we pay for our food we should b able to take home our left overs home but was told to leave them after they gave to go boxes... Well u guys lost a good customer.....hope y'all change for The better for other good customers and take ur false advertisements down... Plz past this on wouldnt want anyone else to feel embarrassed or dumb the way they made us feel that...
