If you are the owner I want you to know that I had the worse experience at your business. You really need to train your employees and mangers on customer service/people skills. When customers are at the door at 7:56pm and the Website says Closing soon at 8:30. We waiting for the family to get off the car and an employee sneakily walks over and locks the door and walks away quickly was very rude and not very professional for any business, she could’ve open the door and told us but instead she locked it and walked away trying to be sneaky but we saw her. We called about 5 time before anyone answered and Ask for a manger and all she can say they close the inside at 8 and the drive through at 9:30. I suggest the owner needed to do a little more work to improve their customer service. I tried to get information to speak to someone higher such as the owner and I couldn’t because the manager stated she was not allowed too. We go here to transfer money to México and maybe have worked with two ladies with decent customer service. I understand they're busy but if they can't be nice or learn how to deal with different situations or customers with disabilities, then they shouldn't work there.
