You don’t deny messing up my food nor tried to make me whole. If my money doesn’t expire why does your offer to honor replacement? As a customer that doesn’t live locally in Las Cruces but El Paso and travels to Las Cruces solely to pick up this food I would expect your restaurant to honor their word. As for the amounts being different your worked claimed it never happened period so who is lying. I asked for the replacement of food not eaten which was less than the total I paid that night the food was made wrong as my husband did eat what he could. I would never expect a company to replace something I actually ate. Trying to use being in a pandemic for sympathy is low, with that same thought my spending money for something I didn’t get and had to throw away is the same. I work hard just like you do. I will continue to post the truth anywhere I can and hand out flyers about your stealing my money which is what you did. As a small business owner doing right by their customers is key you should know this. Telling the public the truth isn't considering bullying.
Would leave a zero if possible but can’t.
This restaurant messed up my food in February 17 2021 10 minutes before closing. I called back to tell them and the person who took my order said they would remake the food for me. I told him I couldn’t come back right then so he said just come by to get it when you are ready. I called today to get that order and now they are refusing to honor what they said. They stole $29.00 of my money as I was not able to eat the food I ordered. This is not right. I will continue to post on every social media site about them stealing from...
Read moreWe were expecting near 5 star food and service based on their current rating. Wow, were we surprised! The place is a run down '60s style drive-in. That is not always bad, I've had some great food at similar locations. We ordered 2 green chili gorditas. We love green chili and September is the apex of green chili season. Service consisted of taking the order and placing it in a sack, certainly nothing special but it is a run down drive-in after all. The gorditas were mostly shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoe and a sprinkle of some kind of tasteless cheese. Below that was some very tough and chewy meat - beef i think. It had no flavor at all and stuck in your teeth like under-done pot-roast. There was no green chili flavor at all and no green chili visable. The only decent part of the gordita was the shell. Could have been a bad choice from the menu or just a bad day but we were not impressed. Two days ago we had absolutely amazing gorditas at another local restaurant that had a similar star rating. The gorditas at Saenz were by far the worst I...
