It sucks that one associate can ruin everything. Young man by the name of Cody really doesn't like his job. Mid afternoon, and in and out is packed, like line out into the street. Pull up to arbys and no one. As soon as he speaks over the drive thru speaker he has a snarky attitude. Meal after meal he kept saying my total and telling me is that all? It almost sounds like he's following a script because when I tell him fries he's like curly fries and even on orders I told him I want curly fries, he's like you want curly. I'm like are you listening to my order or just your own voice in your head. Wanted to order more but decided not to because I'm already irritated just by ordering. I was so irritated I almost just drove off and gone somewhere else, which I should have. Cody comes to the window no personality same over the speaker. I'm the only one in line and yet your so in a rush like he had a line out the door like in and out. What really drove me to write this comment and also talk to corporate is I asked for arbys sauce and ranch, he's quick to say sauce is in the bag and oh hold on I got ranch. I look in the bag and 1 FRICKEN ARBY'S SAUCE for 3 meals! I catch an attitude can I get more sauce besides the one in my bag, then he decides to grab a few and throw it in my hand cuz he's irritated. You hate your job now young man, Cody just wait til your still working there 5 years from now in the same position or even worse, somewhere like 7/11 where your poor attitude is welcomed. I own a business and you will not go far off of your attitude. Believe me Cody you will hear from me again, I am already in contact with corporate and then also your manager. I hate giving my money to places that...
Read moreAfter waiting in the drive thru - only one car ahead of me for over 20 minutes, tried to place an order of only 2 sandwiches. Buffalo Chicken and a Philly Beef, that took 4 times before the employee repeated correctly. At the window, we sat even longer. Being just two simple sandwiches, shouldn't have to wait - right ?? Finely we get a bag of food and straight up asked my wife to check the contents. The order wasn't what we ordered. Pulled straight around to the front door and made sure my wife had the receipt with the two sandwiches. She said she would be right back. After waiting for her I was about to go in and find out what the issue was. (I'm disabled and walking is difficult) It was then when she came out - her face was beet red !! Apparently the employees were very defensive although she had the receipt and the wrong order. One employee even used explative language towards her ( which included several "F" bombs) This employee was a table wiper and had nothing to do with the fact. Finely the Manager came on the seen and sheepishly asked/ nearly begged the employees to correct the issue. Now, I'm driving upset and listening to my while she goes on and on about the whole thing. Thanks Arby's for screwing up the rest of our afternoon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN LINE AT "IN AND OUT" !!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
Read moreReally dismal experience.
Unprofessional, discourteous staff except for the young manager.
Kitchen workers managed to mess up BOTH of our orders TWICE. They remade our orders the first time and when they arrived messed up again, we did our best to choke it down so we could leave.
One of the young male employees assigned to clean the dining room was walking around violently spraying cleaner on the tables right beside us while we were trying to eat, slamming and dropping metal parts while disassembling the stuff on the soda fountain/trash area and wore a scowl so deep a plow would be envious of the furrows. He had some ear thing in his ear, which he kept having to re-fit and yelled F OFF and various versions of the F word while I was standing right next to him refilling my drink, as well as through the majority of our meal.
Staff were unknowledgeable about their own products and options when we asked questions (Why does our chicken club wrap smell like peanut brittle? Do you cook with peanut oil?) and the manager was finally summoned, rudely. He was very polite, but still had no answers as to why we both smelled peanut brittle.
This used to be a good restaurant. They have lovely outdoor seating now, but we wont be returning because the rest of the experience was a...
