This was my third time attempting to come here. First time I left because the people in front of me ordered 8 bowls after we already waited in line for 10 minutes with no one coming to us. So needless to say I wasn't going to wait that long. Second time was closed (my fault). This time I got served immedietly and the workers were nice enough. The food was upsetting though. It was soggy and had no flavor. Very bland. Reminiscent of dog food. The spice levels weren't quite right either. I could barely taste any spice in mine. My girlfriend and I both got sick from the food. We didn't even eat much of it because it tasted so bad and we still were sick. I had high hopes, but was very disappointed.

Had a good experience at Cupbop. From the warm welcome to the detailed explanation of their unique bowl creation process, the staff made our first visit memorable. We tried the Korean-style tangy fried chicken, a must-try. Opted for the Combo Bop with Korean BBQ pork and fried tofu, customized to perfection. The "Cupbop special" sauce added a delightful kick at 7.5 spicy level. Impressed by the gluten-free fryer and a range of sauces from sweet to "fire in the hole." Don't miss their Korean drinks like Milkis and Yoga Vera, along with Turtle chips – light, airy, and flavorful. Highly recommend this spot – go already and enjoy the experience! "Shhh…and just eat."

I was so disappointed with this. I walked in and there was no one else there. I stood looking at the menu for a few minutes and someone yelled from the back welcome, but didn't come up front. Took a good 5 minutes or more for him to come to the front. And then he just stood there waiting for me to give him his order, didn't ask me what I wanted or say anything else to me. The food was pricey for what you get. The meat was hard and dry, and the rice seemed like it had been sitting around all day. I will definitely not be going back here.

In general, I love cupbop and have eaten here for a while (even locations in utah) but I had a horrible costumer service experience this evening.

My friend and I went in to cup bop around 740 and ordered food. They said they didn’t have noodles, which was no big deal. We were sitting down eating and catching up since it had been a while since we’ve seen each other

Around 813, one of the employees (short wavy, pulled back hair with glasses) came up and said the dining room was closing. No big deal, but was confused since they don’t close until 9

I wanted a to go order for my boyfriend so I went back up front to place a togo order. The girl with long hair was going to take my order. I wanted tofu. In the mean time another lady and a couple lined up behind me. The same girl that said the dining room was closing told me that their friers were turned off and they couldn’t make anymore food and appeared annoyed that I wanted to order something else in general.

I questioned it due to working in food service in the past and since there was still 45 minutes to close. The girl said that there was nothing they could do. The 3 people in line behind me also left since what they wanted as not available.

My friend and I proceeded to sit out front to finish our conversation. The same girl walked outside to repeat what she just said inside. I told her I have never heard of that then proceeded to question me about where I worked before that didn’t close stuff down early. I was taken back by this and told her I have never heard of a place that stops serving food this early before close.

She proceeded to tell me that I am rude and that she came out here to apologize. Which clearly was not the case. She kept questioning where I had work. I had to tell her to “just go back inside” it’s whatever.

Less then 2 minutes later she comes back out and tells me I need to leave since the dining room was closed. I again was confused since we were sitting out side.

I asked her if there was a manager there. She said “the manager? no it’s a shift leader.” She kept harassing me as I was walking my car. I was parked right out front.

I told her to stop harassing me. She opens the front door of the building and screams in to her coworkers “Harassed? Did you hear that? I can’t believe she said she feels harassed”

I was just in shock what had just happened. I have never experienced something like that before. I was just trying to catch up with a friend at a place with good food during their open hours.

I also wanted to note that everyone working appeared to be teenagers.

The owner has lost out on customers being served and money in their last hour. I hope the owner provides costumer service training to their staff or gets more reliable staff to prevent this mess from happening again. Though I will never go...

My family loves Korean BBQ. We went in with high hopes and sure enough it was a disappointment.

We ordered a 2 BBQ Beef and 2 Rock Bops both level 2. After ordering, the rice took up half of the bowl, which was a surprise since the pictures featured on the website looked as if the rice would take up only 1/6 of the space of the bowl not 1/2. Then the noodles were added from a big warming pan that who knows how long they have been sitting in the warning pan. The noodles and rice were almost to the top of the cup. Finally, they added the beef and sure enough only a small scoop was added. For the Rock Bop chicken only 6 small pieces of chicken were added. (Again not what was pictured on the website because 1/2 the bowl was meat in the picture) As I was paying for my food I noticed that there were tons of chicken in the fryer basket waiting to be dropped into the fryer. Who knows how long it was sitting there. After paying over $40 in food we drove home 5 minutes away.

The first bite of food from each cup was cold. Not only was the food cold, but the beef and chicken were so dry it was impossible to chew. I am hoping I don't get sick from this food because who knows how long the food sat in the warming trays.

We were definitely hoping for a hot and delicious and ended up throwing away $40 worth of food because it was not even worth risking our health. Hopefully we don't get food poisoning from what we ate. :(

DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!!

Don't waste your money, time, or health...

My kids requested we try this place and the photos looked good. When I walked in it was a strange situation there was like a bunch of people standing around talking but only one person helping the customers and it wasn’t clean there was trash on the floor you could visibly see stuff tipped over in the kitchen on the floor. It was 5 o’clock dinner time none of the food looked hot but it was in the little warming things and to be honest the food looked old. As I was ordering I really wasn’t expecting much like I literally thought it was going to be a bad experience but my kids wanted it so we were getting it when I got home everybody got their dish. everybody said the food wasn’t hot so we all heated it up a little bit. Surprisingly the food was honestly delicious. I’m not really sure what was going on with the customer service. They definitely need to do better at cleaning, also you would think at dinner time all the food would be hot and fresh and I tried to order the Mandoo and was told that it would take six additional minutes for an order because they had none made. We loved it and despite the service we will...
