In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I was going here for about a week straight, well a few diff locations but twice here, well I came thru the drive thru, very very busy,, I ordered a animal style cheeseburger and a cheeseburger with onion,, well when i received my food the cheeseburger was cold to the touch,, the meat looked a little grey and old when I saw my food but I was on the phone and distracted,, I pulled over in the parking lot to eat my animal style cheeseburger 🍔, when I went to eat the cheeseburger with onion I noticed the bun was cold, even the meat was cold,, I went back the next day and has the cheeseburger in the box with only one bite in it! I went back the. Next day and ordered a animal style burger, and told them about my problem from the night before , and showed them my food,,, I feel like they didn’t believe me I could not find the receipt either, anyways they said they would recook it, he also said I would receive a French fries,,I also wanted to order a burger and this seemed to confuse them,, when I got to the window they repeated my order to me and it was wrong, I said no I’m buying an animal style and they are replacing a cheeseburger 🍔,,, when I got to the second window,, the girl had a rude look on her face,,, repeated the wrong order to me , I once again told what my order was, paid for it, and she treated me like I was an inconvenience.... they had to bring my 🍔 with onion over after my order was boxed,, the. Had to tell her I was supposed to get a French frie,, she rolled her eyes and was rude about it,,, when she brought me my fries I could tell she was done Done with me....and refused eye contact,, I then had to sit in the drive thru for a significant amount of time and had to get her attention,,, I then asked for spread sauce for my order,, she looked so annoyed and felt like she wanted to say, god is there anything else I can do for you? Like ya actually! Give me decent service! Jeez! So usually they ask you how many spread do you want , she only handed me one,,, I have now noticed I have always had a problem with recieving cold food here,,, Maybe it’s because you order your food so far back in line and they make it, and you are still waiting in drive thru,, maybe this makes for more efficient order times but the customer suffers by receiving cold food , I don’t know but after they were so rude and made me feel like I had to beg for fries and spread, I will be spending my valuable and limited money...

The last time I went through the drive thru all I wanted was a shake, seems every place that night had a broken shake machine. There's included. So I left after waiting to long just to hear Sorry our shake machine is down. So months go by and my mom is in the hospital and I haven't eaten all day.. so I decided on in and out, going inside was a far better bet than waiting for something I may not get.got lucky with a front row parking spot, went inside, not to busy, the drive thru packed as always. 3 people clocked out, clocked in or break, I stood wondering if I'm at the right place. The employee were nice and courtesy and we're going to get someone to take my order. The guy who was yapping away with the people who either he knew or didn't, paid me no mind. Then a young lady asked who was on register, go figure yappy was.. she went ahead a took my order even though it wasn't her register. Out of 4 people who walked up she came thru. Now for the food... I read a bunch of reviews and they were pretty good. How I really don't know.. what happened to you guys???? Since when did your burger patties become smaller than a single Big Mac. Omg.. its so thin and small and dried out all u taste is tomato sauce and bun. So disappointed, it's cheap food because it's cheap. I got the combo single cheese burger with fries.. omg.. did u forget to cook them?? Cold...and wilted.. fries should be hot..especially if you cook them fresh. There was nothing fresh about this.. everything was as cold as my strawberry shake. Yay I got a shake.. but I can get a shake at home.. shake from being hungry and then not be able to eat what is supposed to be hot and delicious. You used to be outstanding, and now I see myself standing elsewhere to get a burger. Won't even go back. Going from one of the best burgers I ever had to I wouldn't feed...

My entire experience at this location was saved by the amazing customer service and help from Cashier Tatiana!

Such an amazing heart and soul and her alone will be the reason I frequent this In and out on my cheat days when I can!

I am new to this area and a veteran just getting settled in to this side of town!

I found myself having a very rare hiccup with my form of payment (debit card) being screwed up and mostly on part of the military having screwed up, my order was placed through drive thru but I had to come inside to complete payment.

While everyone from manager to the other cashier looked at me angrily or even just seemingly looking fed up with me because I was being forced to manually have to punch in my debit card because my physical card was undergoing some things. I almost couldn't even leave with my meal.

I had the money on card showing proof of so to the others behind the counter but I just seemed to get exhausted looks from the others behind the counter. The manger even just rolled eyes at me as now the lines started to pack in and I was just being rushed to leave or find some other method.

Tatiana you are an amazing person and I promise to you will see me again, you deserve the utmost and I hope this place shines light on how awesome you are, i hope they appreciate having you because wow your a superstar!

Its not everyday people go out there way for you and just because im a veteran that doesn't mean ill receive treatment better than the next, Tatiana could've let me continue to carry on leaving and not having gotten my meal that day but she went above and showed a kind of generosity that humans just don't have nowadays.
