Worst costumer service I have ever had and have experience. If an order is made incorrectly due to not paying attention then it’s our right to let you know. The problem is that we are good people and making you aware of a mistake is proper when needed, we weren’t rude to anyone but my bowl was made completely wrong. When my boyfriend showed up to get it corrected not only was the staff the most rude ever with no reason but when the Manager come out she was the worst person EVER..! She treated my boyfriend’s complain with no professionalism and experience whatsoever, she was rude to him from the moment she come up to him and all he was trying to do was let her know and get what was needed correct. If you guys don’t read the orders correctly is not our fault… that’s why we are allow to pick and choose as we may not like something. We f they would actually had paid attention to what was in the order we would had never needed to complain to get it right. He was mistreated and spoken to rudely witch is no excuse. The manager treated him very nasty and with a huge unbelievable attitude not only in front of staff but in front of people that where at the restaurant waiting to be help or dining in. This is unacceptable.. no need for this aggressive personality when all we wanted was to get the order correct. My boyfriend spoke to her normal and well mannered he did not give them any type of problem or attitude for them to treat him like this. No customer skills what so ever, neither of them nor the staff nor the so called Manager, and for her to speaks to him the way she did in front of people just embarrassing to any one! We have no clue why they would feel that they could treat people like this… I for one like Chipotles but I will never eat or buy ever again from this store. If the corporate people are ok with staff treating individuals like this, that we have a right to say something as the order was completely wrong, it’s not acceptable to me. He did not deserve to be treat in this manner, he was not the one to do this to as he did not do anything in proper to either of them. Your employees need to be train better and it’s unacceptable for anyone as I said to think you can treat any one like this. I will never eat here again and non one should ever be treat like this no matter what. For me this is a 0… unfortunately I had no option for a 0 on this review, I am not one to ever do this review but this Restaurants staff and customer service is completely out...
Read moreI wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to my visit … I went in today around 4:30 and the place was filthy … I should’ve stopped there but I was already invested sitting in line .. the counter they prepare the food was so dirty … old food and toppings everywhere.. the containers were all damn near empty it seems like there was more food/toppings on the counter than in the tins.. I got a chicken bowl to go and requested the chicken that the cook had just got done cutting up because he was scraping the bottom of what was left in the tin and it looked old and hard.. they’re very stingy with the portions they give and the rice was hard and cold
Update: I know I know lol why did I try this location again but I love chipotle and this is the closest location .. anyways I placed an order for a burrito bowl on 2/24 around 3:30pm… upon receiving my bowl and checking it .. I immediately noticed the bowl was already “mixed” .. it looked as if someone ate half of the bowl and then tried to spread out the remaining food that was left.. I called the chipotle location and was extremely satisfied with the woman that helped me on the phone ( I forgot to ask her name because I was still in disbelief).. she told me to come back and they’d remake my bowl for me .. I arrived and they were pretty busy but you could tell that all the workers were working hard and trying to accommodate every customer.. when I got to the counter I was greeted by a young male with short blonde hair (once again I wish I would’ve asked for a name) .. he was courteous and patient ( it was loud inside due to customers talking ) .. he offered to remake the bowl for me right then and there without me going through the hassle of getting out of line and waiting for the manager .. which I greatly appreciated .. Im very pleased with the service I received in the store yesterday from the younger guy with the blonde hair that drops a little under his ear .. and I’m sure the other customers did as well .. like I said he stood out the most to me because he was the main one I noticed trying to make sure the customers were satisfied with what they came in for and what they were going to be leaving with. Read moreVery disappointed with this location! This is only 5 minutes away from my house and they ALWAYS are out of either if not both chicken and lettuce!!!! I came here 6 months ago and they were out of lettuce so I stop coming there. Now it’s 6 months later and they were out of chicken. This place needs to do better because it’s so frustrating when you want Chipotle and this location is the closest but never have what you want.
5/29/25. Update…so came back tonight to get a salad and my husband a burrito. Don’t ask me why I gave this location another try, but here I am. We walk up to the counter to order and the first thing the young lady employee asks was “what time is it?” Confused I asked why and she said she wanted to know if it was almost time for her to get off. Ok so we order and I asked if they have lettuce tonight and she said “we should”. So I proceed to tell her I wanted to get a salad and she goes “oh we don’t have mixed greens” SMDH…I asked her if they can use lettuce instead and she had to pause to think about it while looking down at the container that holds the lettuce. She finally realized there was not enough lettuce on the front line to prepare a salad so she had to go back to the kitchen to get more. She sets the lettuce up and grabs a bowl to prepare my salad then passes it down to the Asian/Latino guy who has no patience and tries to rush me down the line. Now my husband orders his burrito and they do not have enough honey chicken to give him a full serving so my husband was fine with that but now the Asian/Latino guy was rushing my husband for his other choices and rudely corrected my husband when he asked for more onions and green peppers. The guy goes “ you mean the fajita?” My husband said no onions and peppers. Then the guy said again “more fajitas” Very rude and arrogant of that guy. It’s never a pleasant experience coming here. It’s just a convenience. The owners really need to have better judgment when hiring their employees. This location needs to shut down and have a “come to Jesus” meeting and reflect on what they can do to accomplish a striving business to receive better reviews! Very...
