Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Las Vegas

ALERT !!!!! WARNING !!!!!! DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE FOR THEIR FIRST JOB !!!!!! The store employees are great. It is the owner "Soung" that should be fired. Not only is she not available during the store hours, she does not have an adult supervisor to run the store. all she hires are minors that are looking for that first job. She then gives them a hard time. She yells, curses, and degrades them in front of the customers.She will not assign one person ( an adult )to the cash drawer, then at the end of day ( after three shifts ) she will say the drawer is short a large amount. She then will collect from the tips ( of the late shift only )to replace the missing amount. There is also reports of her slapping, hitting, pinching the kids. Get this, how about being told to be in the freezer for almost an hour to organize and clean the unit without even being able to keep the door open unbelieveable !!!! She hires only minors that will not be brave enough to complain being they have no idea what their rights are. She will also have a minor write reports to send them to corporate complaining about employees. I will NEVER come back to that store as long as she is the owner. I was also made aware that she is selling the ice cream at a smaller size of scoop according to regulation. This came from one kid who worked at a different store. That was the first thing he noticed when he started working there. Which bring me to a different point, half the equipment is faulty causing a safety hazard for not only the employees, but also the customers. I came in one day and said " hey the floor is wet" a one square foot puddle was in front of the register. Apparently the repair was not authorized. Update : It took 2 weeks to get my refund. I had to email the corporation and they told me she was definitely supposed to give me the refund at her store. When I went in, she tried to be nice but no way would I go back again after she tried ruining my kid's bday party..

Today is 08/05. I went in to pick up my son's bday cake on 07/31 which was NOT ready, cashier was trying to dismiss me because she didn't have it on her list, until I showed her my online receipt. She all of a sudden found it sitting on her counter not decorated. She told me to come back later because it was not ready, decorator wasn't there. pick up time was 6:15pm. I left came back and I made a comment about the size looking way smaller than what I had ordered and I was quickly thinking to just buy an additional one from the freezer which was bigger and cheaper but as she was walking away she made a disrespectful comment which I won't repeat, but I confronted her about it she started getting loud infront of everyone including my daughter, couldn't even understand what she was saying, just yelling and making hand movements. At that moment I decided I no longer wanted her business. She refused to give me my refund, told me go online which I did and still nothing! I didn't take that cake and...

I ordered my daughter's 16th birthday cake last month from this store. When I arrived to pick it up they could not find my order. It took them 20 minutes to find my paper that had my order on. I asked to see the manager and the owner came out front. I asked her why my cake was not ready and she told me that there was a mix up and they had wrote the wrong date on it. She said it was my fault that the wrong date was written on the paper. I informed her that I had told the young lady who helped me that the pick up date was 8 June. I made sure she wrote down 8 June and checked it 3 times. After 20 minutes of arguing with the owner who was extremely rude the whole entire time I needed a cake for my daughter's birthday so I took one oiut of the freezer and had them put my daughter's name on it for me. Fast forward one month I thought that I would give them a second chance. I ordered my husband's 60th birthday cake and went and picked it up today. The cake was the wrong size. I had ordered a 9" round cake and they presented me with a 5" round cake. I told them I looked at the order form when she wrote it down and it said 9 inch. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
