Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I received a coupon in the mail for this place, and it promised one free teriyaki bowl for downloading their app and creating an account. I went thru all that and the free bowl offer was nowhere in the app pages. I took the physical coupon to the nearest store to my home and showed them the coupon and my new account on their app and they refused to honor the coupon. They tried to sell me enough food for 3 people to get anything free, when the coupon clearly said NOTHING about having to purchase anything to redeem the free bowl. A manager was right there and she didn't do a damn thing. I threw the coupon out on site and left without ordering anything. Any company that has to lie and promise free food to trick people into coming in, then try to push food on them that they have to pay for is a dishonest, shifty, piece of garbage company. If they lie about giving away free food, what else do they lie about? The food quality? I will never trust these people to order food from them to eat. They were located in an Albertson's shopping center so after I threw out their bogus coupon I just went to Albertson's and...

I tried to call to place a pickup order (during normal business hours 11:30AM).

Whom ever is working, picks up the phone and hangs right up on me.

I could hear them talking in the background but they didn't bother greeting me, then hung up on me.

I called back, it rang half a ring and the second they answered the telephone, they hung up on me.

I called back again, immediate answer followed by an immediate hangup.

Whoever is working is intentionally hanging up on me and refuses to answer their telephone.

I get annoyed as often, I will call and be immediately asked to hold, but now they have gone so far as to immediately hangup. I understand being busy (I doubt it) but to be so rude, as to pick up and hang the phone immediately up, that crosses the line.

This location is the most convenient to my work, but there is another location not much further, I will certainly be ordering from them...

The food here is really good and fresh. However, there have been numerous occurrences at this specific location where I have ordered online at a specific time and it comes out later than anticipated, sometimes 15 minutes

This normally would not be an issue, however, since I mostly order for lunch during work hours (lunch break) I lose a lot time waiting for the food, rather than eating it. I don't generally have the time to wait for them, so it can be quite inconvenient sometimes. I would always recommend eating here in general, but the management should consider working on punctuality with online orders for this location. I have ordered on Postmates on and on their site and the same issue has occurred.

Would consider giving a higher rating if this issue can be addressed. Otherwise, great...
