Never in my life at any chipotle have I been asked to pay an extra $1.50 for a side of hot sauce. Tonight was different. The manager on duty was being extremely stuck up and rude. My wife always orders a chicken quesadilla, which has always come with 3 sides. The kind girl helping us at first asked "Which 3 sides would you like to go with your quesadilla?" - Before she could even respond, or the girl could say anything else/offer her anything, the rude manager yelled over "SHE ONLY GETS 2 SIDES, SHE GOT VEGIES IN THE QUESADILLA". The girl helping us basically gave us the face "I am so sorry I cannot do anything about her...." and she proceeded to get rice and beans. Normally she fills the 3rd slot with some hot sauce, which usually at any other restaurant or even chipotle, is free. My wife asked her for a side of hot sauce in a cup since she wouldn't give it to her in the empty portion of her container, and she said "$1.50 upcharge, okay?"
We paid the $1.50 upcharge, but I guarantee you if I see this woman working in the chipotle when I go back the next time, I will be heading right back out of the store and onto the next chipotle based on principal.
I also would LOVE to note that ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, ACCEPTS EMPLOYEE TIPS. This chipotle doesn't even give you the option. I feel bad for all of the employees working here. The ones actually working hard, being nice, and telling you to have a good day cannot be rewarded for the hard work that they do. Instead I see them getting ordered around like they are slaves being...

I live down the street and before the pandemic, I didn’t have a problem with this place but recently there has been problems after problems. My burrito has been soggy and fallen apart, whoever is in charge of the chips is not paying attention. Not only did I get a bag of stale old chips but the seasoning is not distributed evenly, some chips had a ton of salt on them where some had none.
Update: Decided to give the place another chance and WOW!!!!!! The manager (Natasha) needs to be fired! She was horrible to everyone including her employees and my husband that was just trying to explain to her that the employee she had working on the line ran to get some guacamole!!!!!
This place needs serious attention because it seems to be going downhill fast. I want to support my local businesses from the impact we had these couple of years but at this point I wouldn't be surprised or sad if this place was closed down for poor customer service and employee mistreatment ESPECIALLY from the manager (the person who's supposed to be trained in high stress situations.)
We have called a few numbers to try and get in touch with Chipotle and report Natasha but there is no actual why to contact corporate. Smh please Chipotle you need...

Walked into Chipotle craving that perfect balance of spice and satisfaction. Ordered my usual—feeling like a king, that finally found the holy grail. Everything was fine... (until nature called).
I asked for the code and then stepped into the bathroom, and at first glance, it seemed fine—relatively clean, stocked with paper, even an uneventful floor. (But then... it hit me).
A smell so rancid, so ungodly, that my soul nearly left my body. It wasn’t your standard “someone had too much hot sauce” situation. No, this was something deeper, something evil. Like a forgotten sewer-pipe burst and was sealed up with only a prayer and a bucket of lemon-scented bleach. A paradox of cleanliness and pure, gag-worthy horror.
I held my breath like a Navy SEAL in training, handled my business at record speed, and burst out the door like I had just escaped a haunted house.
(Chipotle, I love you, but whatever ghostly stench haunts that bathroom, you need a priest or exorcist, not just a mop...)
Would I eat here again? Absolutely. Would I use the bathroom? (Only if my life depended on it)...
