I first visited this store back on 12 Apr 2025 and although I was just here to walk around (and digest my dinner I had from a nearby restaurant), and to see what type of plushies they offered, I knew I'd return in the future because of the restaurants within proximity of this store. On 16 Jul 2025, my family and I once again just finished eating dinner at a nearby restaurant and wanted to walkaround and digest some of our food before heading home. We opted to swing by to see if this store had a different lineup of plushies compared to my first visit and sure enough, they did. The biggest and main things my family was in the market for were BT21 and Chiikawa plushies, which they had that evening. We ended up staying there for almost an hour trying to win several items and it served wonders in speeding up the digestion process, all while keeping the family happy with more plushies to fill up the house and collect dust.

The plushie quality were adequate; I mean you rarely (not never), get top of the line products at a claw machine store because no one would want to spend that extra money trying to win it. Each machine already cost $1 to play and to some, that may be perceived as too costly. I, however, feel that the prices are comparable to majority of the claw machine stores across Las Vegas/Summerlin/Henderson areas. Although, I wish the cost could be reduced to 25 cents per game, but that's not realistic these days. This store had a nice variety of plushies to win, including those massive plushies that look about 4-5 feet tall.

The employees were remarkable - I don't recall the employee's name during my first visit; however, for my second visit (16 Jul 2025), Whitney did a phenomenal job. She was extremely friendly and assisted us when the machines "acted up." The store itself was nice, although I felt that the temperature could've been a little more cooler inside the store, especially considering how hot it was outside at the time. Additionally, I was thankful that the store didn't have a bunch of lights flashing everywhere whenever someone won something - yes, this occurred at another location in the city and quite honestly, that was overwhelming - never mind of the folks that have light sensitivity. Needless to say, you don't have to worry about that at this store...all good times here.

Overall, I loved my experience at this claw machine store as depicted in my 5-star rating. Truth be told, when I first visited this store, I wasn't much of a fan of the plushie lineup and at that time, I would've rated this business a 3-star (it's ok/alright) rating. However, it's a good thing that I didn't review it back in April and just waited until I/we got to actually play the machines, instead of just walking through the store. I highly recommend this store to everyone - the options and employees are grrrrreat!

A Must-Visit Spot in Vegas for Families and Fun Lovers!

Just discovered the new Claw Store in Las Vegas and it’s an absolute gem! This place is novel, fun, and hands-down the best-looking arcade I’ve ever seen. The design is sleek and modern, with bright, welcoming vibes that make it impossible not to smile when you walk in.

What really sets it apart are the easy claw games—perfect for kids and fun for adults too. My little one had a blast and actually won a prize on her first try! The system is super simple to use—just tap in and play, no confusing steps or waiting around.

It’s also the kind of place you can drop into anytime—quick, casual, and always a good time. Whether you’re looking to kill a few minutes or spend an hour having fun, this spot nails it.

Highly recommend for families, date nights, or anyone who just wants a little...

My friends and I stumbled upon this gem before grand opening. The owner was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. He gave us free tokens to welcome us in even though they weren’t officially opened yet and explained the perks of the store. A huge thing that sets this store apart is their rewards program (an App pending) where they can track how many plushies you win to trade in for a bigger one. I love the bib they give kids to wear to get free tokens when they return wearing it. There are so many incentives for customers to come back. This store is not the typical claw store where you pay money never win and never come back. The claws are very strong compared to other stores. The entire staff is extremely helpful and nice! They were so good with the kids. Truly...
