Ordered on Uber eats and they messed up my whole entire order. For starters they didn’t even put all of the items in my bag that I paid for they circled my missing items on my recipt and gave it out. I had to get multiple texts from drivers telling me it’s a 15-25 min wait for my food to arrive all cold and missing. I called the store a female manager answered told me I could come back for my missing items or get my entire food made all over agein since we couldn’t eat it as it was cold and missing items. I arrive to the location drive about 13 minutes for them to take 1 whole hour stalling on my order, the boy in the front told me the circle items on my recipt ment the kitchen handed it out thinking it was ready why don’t you check the bags so people can be satisfied with your business ridiculous. When I got to the restaurant they were dead and slow no excuse for me to wait dam hear 1 hour to get my order. They made me made wait and told me I can only get the missing items when the manager told me I could get my meal remade. They took about 35 min to just even give me my missing items I never asked for no refund just for my order to be made again since we couldn’t eat the messed up food. I asked the male manager on duty there for the wait can I have a side of hot queso since they gave me 3 containers of chips in my order for my missing items. He argues with me says no walks away he was very rude abs unprofessional asked for the store number they giggle and don’t give it. I’m very upset about my situation 78 dollars of food down the trash for them to lie to customers and laugh at you when simply asking for your food made fresh. Read moreHad the most horrible experience here tonight. I placed a to-go order online. As soon as I walked in, I asked a host if my order was ready. He said he'd go check on it and returned to the host booth a few minutes later empty-handed. He failed to provide me with an update, but I assumed it wasn't ready yet. 20 minutes later, I asked for an update again. The same host went into the kitchen and said the order was almost ready, so I waited another few minutes. Still nothing.
Finally, another person at the host booth told me I placed my order at a different location. Yes, it was my error for going to the wrong location, but I was FURIOUS that no one told me that for 25 whole minutes. I have no idea what caused that first host to not immediately tell me they don't have my order at that restaurant, although literally no one at the restaurant looked like they cared at all about their jobs. No one apologized to me for wasting my time either. When I accidentally went to the wrong location for a to-go order at different restaurants, I was told immediately I went to the wrong location and I went on my merry way. That's what NORMAL people do. Not here.
I've dined at this location several times and stopped due to poor quality in every aspect: food, service, and cleanliness. I only gave them another chance tonight because I got a really good discount, but I'm deeply regretting it now. It was a huge waste of my time and not worth it even if the food was free. Read moreJust horrible. I guess I should triple check after they double check the order from the heating box. Look in the bag with the window boxes grab more items put it in the bag check the order and look again. When I ask if it's everything and they say yes I feel from what I saw they were checking the entire order. Got home and had NO wings. Immediately went back approximately 10-15 minutes later. And told them they missed the 20 wings and large fries, fried pickle sauce and side vegetables. The employee looked around the pick up bags and ran to the back. The employee didn't come back out for about 10-12 minutes later and when he did, he avoided me and didn't want to make eye contact. I approached the counter and he continued to double check the other bags he just carried out and marking them off on the heating box. A few minutes later a server came out with the wings....only the wings. Had to remind them about the large fries pickle sauce and the vegetables.
I get with orders some things could get forgotten I get it. But at Buffalo wild wings I would expect maybe fries or vegetables to be missed. NOT a 20 piece order of wings and a large fry! And after COVID and the increase in online orders you think they would have this down. I mean they added the see through windows so they can visually check without opening boxes.
I used to go to this BWW multiple times a week and had great service. Now I might visit this place once a year and have to really be in the mood.
