No. 1 Boba Tea Centennial Hills — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We visit several other Boba Tea stores in Las Vegas and are in and out in 15 minutes average with an order of 2-3 drinks. We stopped by the N. Durango location near Centennial Hospital 2 weeks ago and the service was a wreck -- took 40 minutes to get 2 drinks! Just when we thought our order was ready, we realized they had not even started it yet. We left but decided to give them a 2nd change yesterday. We have about 45 minutes to be at our appointment around the corn so thought there was no issue with time to get 2 drinks. Wrong! After 35 minutes of waiting and watching 2 workers with no idea how to work, we told them we had to get a refund asap. They agreed but instead of getting the refund and paying attention to us now upset, the gentleman stated taking other orders. We had to nearly yell at him to get our money back and we made our appointment with 1 minute to spare! Never again -- IF ever there was a business deserving of Zero starts, this would be it. Won't be back and I can see by the looks on other customers waiting 2x to 3x longer than expected, I don't anticipate them being in...

I called to order my drink ahead of time on June 11. I assumed that it wasn't finished because it was so clean, dark & the employee looked like he was just standing there waiting. I was teasing him about how he told me he was going to start on it but didn't. So, I was going to change my order but decided to stick to the original one instead. He was glad that I decided to stick to my original 1 because he already made my drink. He was super fast & just let me run my mouth. I wish that I could've tipped him. but I already paid with my card & I didn't have any cash on me. So, I hope he remembers me & this review helps him...

Ordered an Assam milk tea and it tasted very weak or watered down as I had others taste it to confirm with me.

I couldn't believe how it tasted when comparing it to Brew Tea or 7 Leaves. We really need one of them in the Centennial area and if you haven't tried either place you're missing out.
