I’ve ordered here a couple of times. When I went in today the restaurant was very clean, and all the food was ready besides the beyond orange chicken. I am very happy that this location has a vegan protein option. They made that fresh for me and told me it would be a 5 minute wait. It was about 5-10 minutes which I didn’t mind since my food would be fresh. I tried to do the survey on the receipt but the QR code led to a page telling me that the survey was expired. I walked around while I waited. Everything was stocked up and they have two hand sanitizer dispensers attached to the walls. The bathrooms were very clean and do not have a lock. They had samples of their fairly new lemonades as well. The samples were not covered with a lid, but I tried the watermelon one anyways. When my food was ready the lady who rang me up was professional, pretty neutral affect. She asked me if I would like any sauces which I really appreciated because it’s not asked often at other locations and sometimes if I am in a rush I forget. There is outdoor seating as well, which is also clean. I would say the area is 50% shaded depending on the time of day. I also use the panda reward app, so it took $1.50 off my...

The restaurant is always dirty. Trash piled up so high you can't throw anything else away. The floor is covered with black marks and streaks. The tables are sticky and rice everywhere. The restrooms are no better. You're lucky if the utensils are stocked. The food is inconsistent. It's truly a hit or miss every time. Am I going to enjoy this or am I going to get food poisoning? The girls at the counter all look like they hate their lives and have bad attitudes. The last time my friend and I went to dine in, the fortune cookies were moldy! The manager Andree came to talk to him and apologized, but ultimately that's so disgusting! I saw another review mentioning bad service from Dulce, would you believe she's one of the managers there too? I'm not sure how she pulled that one off cause her attitude is the worst of them all. Most of the girls skimp on portions and act like giving extra sauce comes out of their paychecks. There's one specific guy who cooks the food in the back that's typically always there when I went. If he's not busy with the wok, he just stands there staring at customers with such a menacing and unappealing look. I guess everyone there just hates their...

I wish there was another Panda over here. The quality if this one has gone way down since I first moved to this side of town. I purposefully walked in to the restaurant today to because I couldn't order the menu items I wanted. Then when I get there, one of the menu items will take 7 mins to make and they were only serving the vegetable spring rolls at the time so I couldn't order the other menu items I wanted. This place is a joke I hope they open one somewhere else close by so I'm not forced to torture myself or my family by bringing them to this poorly operated location.

I usually have an amazing experience here and the food is usually really good and fresh. The issue wasn't with the food this time, it was goofy employee who was taking the initial orders. He was nice polite and courteous, but he needs to focus more on what people are asking for and less with making people laugh. The gesture is nice but it would've been nicer if they got my order right.

Edited: this place tries their best well the employees do. I know the rest of the community is grateful for...

This panda is decent. They are quick to serve you and tend to have the line stocked well. But not all the food is up to par. The fried rice seems to have been white washed and doesn't have any flavor anymore and the rice doesn't seem to have the normal texture. It's like overcooked so it's a bit soggy. Which is disappointing as it was a staple for panda but it seem chow mein is the way to go now. But even that they over do the veggie to noodle ratio the past few time we've been there. Glad to see they have seating again inside but it wasn't the cleanest. There was a long line when we arrived and people eating. From us entering and us leaving (probably a little over an hour) no one came from behind the counter to clean up the dining area. Now you're gonna say there was a long line, but we were the last in that line and there was decent amount of time before they had more people come in. Overall, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. There's room for improvement.

Completely Unacceptable – Where’s the Beef? Are you kidding me, Panda Express? I ordered Beef & Broccoli, not Broccoli & Regret. I opened my container to find three pieces of broccoli and ONE single piece of beef. One. For a dish that’s literally named after the meat, this is ridiculous. This isn’t a mistake—it feels like a scam. I’m not paying full price for a garnish of meat. If this is the new portion standard, just rename it “Broccoli Stir Fry with Beef Essence.” Do better. Customers deserve the meal they paid for—not disappointment in a box.
