The service was great. We had issues with a valid coupon that wasn’t working properly and the MOD helped us figure out what was wrong so we could order our food. He was great! The sandwiches 2 spicy BK Big Fish sandwiches has a really nice crunchy texture, but unfortunately it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Initially I thought it was because of the pickles since I normally order the regular Big FishFish sandwich when I go. But no… every bite was just as salty as the last. Beyond the saltiness, the underlying flavors and spice was good. But I couldn’t enjoy it because it eating a fish sandwich with a giant fillet sized salt flake which made it very unappealing.
My wife didn’t finish hers. I did, but had to come home after the movie we were going to and take a blood pressure pill just in case. I didn’t like feeling I was being punked by my local Burger King. It was kind of unreal.
The sad part is this restaurant is staffed by mostly teens, and every time we visit this one there is a good quality issue for my stuff. My kids like to go to this one because of the playground area. Lately though I haven’t been getting food for myself from this location I just a beverage or something that should have a consistent taste. I prefer food from the one on Sahara near Citibank if I actually want to eat at the Burger King and enjoy it.
I don’t think I’m be getting food from this location anymore. If they can hope more people like the manager who helped me resolve my issue in the back of house, maybe things would be better? Read moreI am in utter disbelief regarding the interaction I had in the drive thru. I placed a mobile order on 4/20 to pickup. It was a two sandwich combo meal, I had a variety of sandwiches to choose from but I went with 2 classic chicken sandwiches. Trinity working the window was rude and disrespectful when handing me my order to the point that I needed to waive someone down to advise that my order was incorrect. The gentleman takes my bag and closes the window and then Trinity comes back and says this is what you ordered and we aren’t giving you free food. Excuse me 1. I know what I ordered and 2. Never asked for free food. Then Desiree the “manager” using this term loosely has to calm Trinity down for who knows what reason, I honestly felt I was going to have to fight this woman over a incorrect order… I’m in complete disbelief to the point where I hand over my phone to Desiree who is trying to verify what I ordered. She looks at the app and says I can’t confirm the sandwiches selected. So that tells you what as a manager? Maybe something is wrong with the app? No this told Desiree let’s argue more to the point that I said forget it give me the bag and I want corporates number. This really nice lady comes and tries to intervene and help and explains mobile orders they can’t fix. Desiree comes back and tries arguing more to the point that I have to say “I’m not talking to you anymore.” She yells “ I don’t give a f* if you complain on me my name Desiree.” This is a manager that doesn’t care to lose her job over a chicken sandwich which they got incorrect how do you think she’s going to treat your customers? The food prepared by employees was sloppy, lots of mayonnaise in one side, tomato piece was the edge of cut, small , and can't describe... Like she just dumped in a burger ban with no care... They are working without gloves... I ate because was very hangry and really wanna enjoy that burger... I ate Burger King many times different locations and was always happy... This one I couldn't get but because it was mushy...I was hardly holding everything to put together... Really? After when I left and sit in my car ... OMG 😱... I smelled horrable...
