On July 07, 2023, during the late afternoon hours, my cousin and I decided to visit the L&L restaurant located in Summerlin. Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately struck by the unsanitary state of the floor tiles. The tiles appeared to be coated with layers of dirt and grime, indicating a lack of cleaning throughout the day. Additionally, we were dismayed to find a trash can overflowing with garbage, obstructing one of the dining tables near the restrooms. This was not only an unpleasant sight but also a potential health hazard. Unfortunately, our negative experience did not end there. We encountered a cashier who did not wash her hands after handling cash registers and packing to-go orders with utensils and napkins. This was deeply concerning, as this type of behavior can lead to the transmission of harmful bacteria and viruses. The cashier was an Asian female, and her disregard for basic hygiene practices was a major disappointment. Further inspection of the restaurant revealed several more alarming violations. The carbonated soda tanks were not properly secured on the floor, a clear violation of Health Department regulations. Additionally, we observed cleaning chemicals stored near utensils, napkins, and the water fountain. Such a careless placement of hazardous materials can pose significant health risks to customers and employees alike. Another major concern was the storage of trash near refrigerated beverages. Although stickers were present as reminders not to use them, cleaning tools were left between the trash and the refrigerator. This is a blatant violation of Health Department regulations and should not be taken lightly. All of these concerning issues collectively point to a lack of attention to cleanliness and safety at this location. I am a success minded person who believes, the reason behind having a business is to make money and provide an exceptional experience for customers.
The Food is amazing. Cant deny that. However the mindset of this business is very poor.
SITUATION: I called on a Friday at 9:45pm and first thing is did is apologies for call so close to closing time. (10pm) and i asked him if i can place a last order for the day!
It bothers me so much that i even have to beg to give them my business...
if this was my business, and a customer would call and say "Hey im so sorry for calling late like this but i want to have some of your food!" i would, without hesitation tell SURE what can we make you.
instead i received a silence on the phone like i was ending his day on a sour note.. they had to make one last food item. i lived 10 min away and was already heading to my car to drive.

Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with the front counter staff. I explained that I placed my order through LoyaltyPlant, because that’s the only platform I’m familiar with. Instead of helping, the woman at the front responded with attitude and said, “I don’t see your order. Did you use Uber or DoorDash?” I told her I ordered online, and she snapped, “Which one? There are so many.”
I told her what I ordered, and instead of assisting me, she scolded me: “You need to tell me you ordered through the L&L Hawaiian app.”
How on earth am I supposed to know the exact system you use when all I did was follow the link provided? That’s not my responsibility—it’s the business’s job to make the process clear and train staff to handle confusion with patience, not hostility.
