Bowlology — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I'm giving 2 stars because the food itself is good. I'm thoroughly disappointed in my experience today and even called the store directly to inform them what happened. I placed my order over the phone for pickup because I was going on my hour lunch break and had to travel to pick up. I ordered an island style poke bowl and an ocean acai bowl. Upon entering, the cashier was wearing sweats and mostly nice. I told her my name for the pick up order, she quickly grabbed my bag from the back. After I had paid I had asked if they were doing and type of rewards anymore and she stated that yes, but you have to provide the phone number before paying, she never indicated about the rewards point. She began explaining that she didn't know how to do it after the transaction finished and she started mumbling over her words didn't bother to make any eye contact and then trailed off as she was talking to the counter. I was just listening waiting for finish the conversation, but she just left. I thought it was so odd. When I arrived back to my office, I realized there was no sauce on my poke bowl and there was white rice when I had specificly asked for brown rice. Oh well, I'll just eat it. Then I got to put away my acai bowl on the fridge and realized they forgot a spoon. At this point I just wanted to let them know what had happened. The "supervisor" sounded like the same person I spoke with at the store and was just whatever about my concerns, replying with, "okaaaay" she seemed to finally snap into it at the end where I told I just wanted to her to remind her team about fulfilling orders, and then just had a blank dry statement that she was sorry about my experience and hope I had a good day. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered my bowl, server made it, set it on the counter, announced it, and walked to the back kitchen area. Didn't offer me a bag, a utensil, or any kind of pleasantries. What's worse is the other server, too busy scrolling on his cell phone to notice the exchange, or too disinterested to care to rectify it, said absolutely nothing as well. Not a thanks, have a nice day, nada. There are literally dozens of juice bars, parfait, vegan, vegetarian, and healthy eateries within a mile radius of this establishment. Any ONE of them could be on my commute. What sets you apart is your service-good or bad.I wouldn't patronize a red penny to this...

I am so disappointed! My husband brought my McKay bowl home and it was completely filled up with granola at the bottom, and the açai was barely in there. I asked for extra bananas and they gave me a container of granola and a container of mixed fruit. I wish I could attach a picture to this. The bottom of the bowl is filled with granola then there’s just three little scoops of açai and then granola again on top with a little bit of fruit. I will never order from this facility again. I am going to be willing to drive farther away to go to one that I know will do...
