Went through the drive thru Saturday (7/29/2017) around 6:30 p.m. No other cars were in the drive thru lane, neither in front of me nor behind me. I wanted to order from their "Green Burrito" menu. I asked the hot sauce be omitted or replaced with mild sauce. I was advised that they didn't have a milder sauce, so I eventually switched my order to the Hawaiian burger, but I asked them to hold the onions. The young lady reviewed my order, announced my total, then I heard a male voice say something like "'You want a refund too?" I thought I misheard him and said, "Excuse me." The girl then repeated my total. I said, "No, what did that man just say?" No answer. I drove to the window and asked the girl what the man said. She said she didn't know because she wasn't there (not true). I asked her to find out for me. A moment later, the widow opens and a man in a dark dress shirt (manager) yells at me, "What's your problem?" I explained that I didn't understand what he had said, and I thought he had said something about a refund. He said he was backed up and was going to prepare my food. I explained that I just wanted to know what he said on the intercom. He said, "I don't give a fk who you are. I don't care if you're gddmn Donald Trump." I tried to respond, but he just slammed the window shut. So, I left without my food. I'm willing to sign an affidavit regarding what happened. I think the manager and his team are EXTREMELY unprofessional, and the manager has the temperament of a 10 year old. He doesn't care about service, and I would bet he goofs off frequently -- but I caught him, and...
Read moreThis was a drive-thru order. The wrong sandwich was made and provided. After getting home and opened the bag to see something I didn't order. It was beef when i asked for chicken. For most people may not be a great deal, but for those of us who don't eat dark meat will understand. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, waiting gas... And time... Server Vanessa made the correction, however; no apology was offered. Also, the correct order was cheaper and although it was only about $. 33 difference, she didn't offer to give me my change, i had to ask for it. I also ended up buying more fries, since my original fries were about 30 minutes old so they were cold and soggy. Vanessa did not even bothered to offer small fries for free, after I wasted time and money having to return to the restaurant for my correct sandwich.

Read moreNot much of a fast food eater, but when I do decide a burger it's Carl's jr. For me. I like having the low carb Burger option. Not a very good experience at this location though. We ordered a regular Big Carl , a low carb Big Carl and a low carb jalapeno half pound burger . When we received our order we were only given two burgers so we went to the counter and told them we were missing a burger, they first told us we gave you all three burgers . They Finally figured out we were missing a burger and when we unwrap them all three were low carb big Carl's. So they came back to our table and took one of the burgers and brought back a jalapeno burger which when I opened it up was not a low carb so I had to go back to the person . They then took the burger back ,through the bun in the trash and wrapped in lettuce and brought it back., I know this because the burger was not even warm at that point.you might consider not getting a low carb burger if you eat at this location because they don't give you...
