Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Las Vegas

First time at the restaurant was good so my husband and I were excited to eat here again. Sadly we made a terrible choice. First in the middle of us ordering the cashier walks off to find someone else's food which would have been ok but there was no excuse me for a second and no sorry when she finally returned. We were mid sentence when she just walked off. We ordered the same thing as we did last time the Philly cheese steak sandwich with the mushrooms Green pepper and onion. Well we were going to do combos until we found out it's over $4.00 to do a combo. Well the lady at the register charged us for combos anyways after we told her we didn't want them. We were trying to figure out how it was so expensive. Then we got our sandwiches. We both ordered the smallest sandwich they had and when they delivered it mine was a medium size and my husband's was clearly a large. We figured it out that they charged us for combos but we didn't actually get the fries or anything or even the correct sandwich size. My husband went up to speak to a manager about it and the girl at the register tried to argue with him. Once the manager came he could clearly see she charged us with 2 combos. Well he said he would give us a refund. He refunded us 5 dollars. Not enough for both combos. When I tried to eat my sandwich it didn't taste right. I looked in it and it had one tiny green pepper, one tiny onion and one tiny mushroom. It wasn't loaded with them like the first time. The food was great!! However getting it was a challenge. Wife and I was hungry so it was almost 9 and around Centennial Hills most places close at 9 pm. We Google cheese steak near me and saw that Charleys close at 10. Great!! We order for pickup and paid online and it told me that my order will be ready for pickup at 9:06pm. I go from Farm & Durango down to the restaurant. To my surprise I didn't know it was in Walmart on Tropical. I walk in and one employee was cleaning and talking on her cellphone and the rest of the crew said "We're closed". I stated that I was there for a pickup. They asked for my name and said we didn't fix it because we closed at 9pm and we received your order at 9:02pm. After some discussion and me previously paying online, one employee goes in the back behind the curtain and then comes back and tells the crew to fix our meal. I said that the store administrator should change the posted hours on Google so they won't continue to have that problem. The employee tells me they changed the hours last week and good luck with them ever changing that and walked away. Luckily I watched them prepare our food, bag it and I left. New fast food restaurant located inside the Walmart at Tropical/Centennial. They mostly sell Phillys, subs, wings, and fries. The food appears to be made hot and fresh since there is a slight wait time after ordering. I decided to try a small buffalo chicken sub and fries, which was advertised as a value special for $7.49.

When ordering, I was asked what kind of drink I'd like and was presented choices of either lemonade or Hi-C. I asked if the special came with a drink since it wasn't pictured. The cashier said yes, but when reviewing my receipt, I noticed I was charged $1 + tax. Not a big deal, but their business practices are a little deceitful, especially because I didn't actually want a drink.
