Lane Bryant — Local services in Las Vegas

I have shopped at Lane Bryant for decades. In many states. I have always gotten attitude from these ladies that I am not big enough to shop at Lane Bryant. It sucks and I try to feel for them and understand. This last time in March I took my 16 year old daughter that is rapidly changing. We asked to be sized and she told my daughter 36 FF... she then sized me and gave me a disgusted look and said I was a 34 D. I literally laughed and told her I was buying a 40 because my 38 doesn't fit anymore ... I am 42 this year and gained A LOT of weight... my size 40 still doesn't want to clip. It's a stretch. Long story short, I trusted her and bought 3 bras on clearance. Totally not thinking about the no returns... I knew this, but i must have had a fluoride moment. My daughter is a good 3 inches bigger than this woman had said and neither of us are happy with our $300 purchase. So I went to Walmart and bought me a $6 bra. I love it so much I went online and bought every color they had. ...

I experienced the worst customer service today, from both associates. When I entered the store, I wasn't greeted. I went all around the store without anyone speaking to me. When I got to the front, the tall sales associate was helping someone at the register. The shorter blonde walked passed me twice, and still no greeting. It wasn't until I grabbed a pair of no show socks, and walked over to the jeans, did the blonde start following me, but still not speaking, or greet me. She finally says to me "Oh, I didn't see you" I said "I saw you" I ended up trying on a pair of jeans and a bra. When I came out of the dressing room, neither one of them spoke to me, at all. I was so disappointed that I put the bra back on the rack, left the jeans and socks and left the store. I am a Lane Bryant card holder, and had Lane Bryant money to spend. It will be a very long time before I walk into another Lane...

I am head over heels with this Lane Bryant location! Not only was the perfect sized bra available, but the ladies working here are so incredibly helpful (extra shout-out to Kelly and Andrea - forgive my spelling, ladies, you are WONDERFUL!). Andrea helped me find the correct size and explained a proper fit, which is essential! Kelly was a delight to work with, and had me all set with ordering my second bra 50% off on the tablet (and gave me free shipping to home!) to ensure I got the color I wanted.
