Did online pickup so I could call when I got there to have them hand me my item at the door. Called 7 times with no answer and then had to get in line at the door and wait for my turn to go in and get my order. The employee opened the door and let 2 people in and out. I asked about my online pickup order and he informed me that he is too busy to answer the phone and the other worker is fixing a computer so no one can get my already paid for order and hand it to me at the door. It really defeats the point of online ordering when I still have to stand in line at the door and go in the store and stand in line again to pick up my purchase. Marc had a chance to make fathers great, and chose not to. I came in the store, with my wife looking for a father's gift. Notice signs of buy 1 get 1 50%off. Cool, got a shirt, chose a hat. Mentioned the sign to Marc. Who said that was old and the employees forgot to take it down. It is 3pm in the afternoon, and now you want to take the sign down. I said we'll are you gonna honor it, he chuckled and said "nah"!. WOW! Ended up just getting the shirt. Marc didn't get the extra sale, and got a bad review from me. Great customer service...
Read morei bought a switch game here. one of the employees (didn’t catch his name- although i think he was possibly the manager?) asked if i wanted the warranty in case it got damaged. i told him no thank you, but he didn’t remove the charge. he told me i could put my card in. i said “oh, sorry, i said no to the warranty.” and he says “i know, but it’s only $2”. i tell him AGAIN i don’t want it and to please remove the charge. it went away off the screen for a moment but i saw on my receipt i was still charged for it anyway. and he didn’t even put the warranty sticker in the game case. this same employee has been rude to me everytime i go in (which isn’t often at this...
