I had a very unfortunate experience with an individual working the drive thru named Cashmere (spelling is incorrect, there is a "z" somewhere in there) this evening. She was beyond rude and had a super condescending tone. When we pulled up first thing she said in a real snarky manner was "What's wrong with you? Why aren't you smiling? You're at Chick-Fil-A, this is like Disneyland." I had a horrible day and was really not in the mood for this BS. Anyways, so I started my order and got the cool chicken wrap, she didn't ask what dressing I would like, but I added that I would like the Chili Lime Vinaigrette to which she responded "huh, what did you say" quite rudely with her face all twisted up like she smelled something bad. So I repeated myself and she said "uh, I think we used to have that or something, but nobody ever ordered it so we got rid of it." So, I said okay and was trying to quickly think of another dressing. During this time she never offered to let me see the menu, but instead she was dancing and singing off key, which was as you can imagine pretty off-putting and distracting to put it mildly. When I remembered the fat free honey mustard off the top of my head (no menu), she said "excuse me, what did you say?" in about the absolute sh%#tiest tone one could possibly have. At this point I was so ready to drive off just to be done with this chick when my mom reminded me of the sauces. I said "oh yeah, and could I get 3 Chick-fil-a sauces and 3 Honey Roasted Barbecue?" Her response is "uh, you're talking really low and I can't understand anything you're saying." So I again repeat myself. She then repeats my entire order as fast as she can. I was so disgusted with the whole interaction that I didn't even ask her to repeat it again because I just wanted drive away and be done with her. Our order was correct except I got honey mustard sauce rather than honey roasted barbecue. I was so furious at the attitude I received while trying to place my order that I told they guy at the window that she should not be out there dealing with customers. He was nice and apologized and said he would pass the information along.
Now, just to be clear, I was not talking low by any means and she could hear every damn word I said, she just wanted to be difficult and have an attitude with me for some unknown reason. That was the most disgusting, disappointing interaction I have had as a paying customer in quite some time. I am a regular customer, but I will not be returning just because I don't want another run in with Ms. Caszmere, or however the hell you spell her...
Read moreAs a patron from Georgia, Chick-fil-A is my home away from home. I was so thrilled when I moved to Vegas to see a Chick-fil-A. Over the past months and recently today, I frequented this location and let's just say my experiences have been mediocre at best. The first incident was the order I placed on July 15, 2020 via DoorDash. I ordered food totaling to $33.45. Chick-fil-A left off some of my items and when I received my order, I contacted Chick-fil-A and I was assured that the issue would be resolved and they would send me a gift card for an entree. They took my name and address and told me I should expect the gift card within 2 weeks. Welp, here I am, almost a month of waiting, and I haven't received anything. I didn't give up on Chick-fil-A there though, I proceeded to go today. A gentleman named Axel took my order and he seemed very unenthused to take my order. Maybe I was the last order for his shift, but anyways, I placed and order during lunch for a Southwest Chicken Salad with fried nuggets and a grilled club sandwich protein style all of which he input wrong. Which of course resolved in my order being incorrect. As the person at the window was handing me the order, I informed him that the guy that originally took my order input the wrong thing in for the salad. So he asked the cooks to fix the order and speculating the response from the gentleman at the window the cook may have made a remark regarding the mix up. They told me that the salad would be up momentarily to which I pulled up to the designated area and decided to check the other order in the meantime. To my surprise, that order was made incorrectly as well. Of course they fixed the order and eventually got it right but it took one time too...
Read moreSo yesterday I drove through this place and picked up a chicken burger meal. I decided to eat inside my car in the parking. Unfortunately, after 10 minutes of sitting in the car, my car stopped and would not restart. It was probably the combination of AC turned on with an old battery. As fate would have it, my phone battery died at the same time and I did not have the correct charging cable with me (It was my wife's car and our iphones have different charging cables). Call it my unlucky day. I had no option but to go inside and ask the staff if any one had an iphone charging cable. The guy on front desk went to the Manager and came back saying they did not lend any cables. I asked if they could maybe take my phone and give it back after charging for 5 minutes. All, I needed to do was make an emergency phone call to my wife so she could come and pick me. Of course, they declined. Finally I asked the manager himself if they could make a single phone call for me so that I can inform my wife. He smiled and gave me the same answer - "sorry its our company's policy...." I was like, "Really man? so its your company's policy to not help another human being? I literally just bought a meal from your place" He told me to instead go inside and ask the people who were eating there. I did not want to disturb any patrons so I waited outside. The first person who came out, I asked for help and he agreed. To summarize, the manager and staff and zero interest in helping their customers. That...
